That's tough, but I would probably say Lily Lightly from g3. I had a toy of her as a kid and I thought her cutie mark was the prettiest thing, and I like her backstory too. As far as g1 goes, I remember liking Fizzy a lot in the movie, and I'm quite partial to Moonstone as well since I have a toy of her lol.

ACTUALLY, Honorable mention for g3 - Secret Wish. I had a poster with her in it and found her absolutely enchanting. If you asked child-me what I object I wanted most in the whole world I would say this pony.
