general Old brony returns, No Spoilerz Plz

Ok so up until around rainbow rocks I knew everything about pone, I followed up with equestria daily every day for the whole year of 2012 at least, I even made a video where I calculated just how strong Celestias magic was with math from her moving a star (it’s on YouTube but I can’t find it, I had a YouTube channel called Lightning_Strike but idk where it is and idk the password or the email) 

 Anyway, I got busy with life and am just now returning from my  hiatus. I just finished S6 E19 (the one with gabby) 

 And have no idea what I’m in store for, like, there’s a movie!?!? Holy guacamole  

 This fandom is not the same as it was when I left, so much more content! Anyway, I thought I’d post updates periodically on things I find cool. I’m sure it’s a unique point of view for a lot of you. Considering one of the few spoilers I stumbled across is that starswirl the freaking bearded is in an episode?!? 

Oh man I can’t believe I haven’t watched this show in that long, the episodes I’m watching where made in 2016.  

 So yea, No Spoilers Plz:b

First thing I’m gonna say is that ever since Princess Twilight got her castle, a whole lotta ponies have moved to town loll

 And also I ❤️ Gabby n scootaloo:b. Gr8 episode for scootz character.

 It’s also cool seeing griffins start to share n whatnot, and with gabby going back with her “cutie mark” I’m sure she’s gonna make sure some griffins aren’t as grumpy anymore

@Lightning_Strike Since you appear to be a fan of Princess Celestia your gonna be a big fan of the season 7 episode 10, "A Royal Problem". I won't spoil anything in it for you, but I can tell you right now that your gonna absolutely love it once you eventually watch it

Welcome back! Being a Brony in 2020 has quite an outdated feeling to it. But that's only because I have seen it all. When there is still new stuff to be seen, nothing but colorful ponies matters, am I right?

I think you’ll enjoy season seven.  Has some real good episodes.  It has what in my opinion is the most emotional episode of the series in it. 
 

But I haven’t seen season 8-9 yet so I’m just as clueless there as you are haha.

  I’m glad this fandom is still going strong tho, it’s nice talking to ppl about pone as I’ve always been a closet brony and can’t talk to my friends about it hahaha

Butt anyway, just seen Las Pegasus for the first time, another cloud city I see. Although, It’s primarily made of a series of bridges and supports which support the buildings, rather than a mix of blue tinted marble, clouds, and cloudcrete (See S5 E25 @6:55 for a specific example of cloudcrete [Like concrete, but made out of clouds]) As that is what cloudsdale is primarily made of. Coupled with the Greek/ Roman style design of cloudsdale,  this indicates that Las Pegasus is a much newer city in equestria, relatively speaking. Which does not come as a surprise to me as, if I’m not mistaken, cloudsdale has been around since the first hearthswarming :b 

 Butt I did see a pyramid in the background of the picture of Las Pegasus that appears to be made of cloudcrete or maybe marble with a possibly quarts cap stone, Equestrias version of the Luxor. 

 And also it was wildd to see Flim and Flam again, although the idea of them owning a casino is a dangerous concept loll

Just now realizing this probably could’ve been a blog, but I don’t know how to make one. Soo, what can you do when you live in a shoe, am I right? 

 Just finished S6:E21 tho, 

 But first of all, just gonna say that I’m still not sure what to think of Starlight glimmer, she’s definitely very powerful, maybe even close to twilight levels. But she’s reckless with her magic, and I understand twi was also sometimes reckless with her magic aswell, but not in the same way. Twi would, for example, use a come-to-life spell on a snow plough to try and help before the spell got out of hand. Starlight, on the other hand, goes straight to my control. 

 I guess you could say that she’s still slipping out of her villainess mindset. I hope she learned the lesson that mind controlling your friends is not cool tho hahaha 

 (Would like to know if anyone has any opinions on starlight, and if so, what are they?) :b

As for E21, it wasn’t very eventful other than the Bunyip haha 

 It is Nice to see that not all the animals in Equestria want to kill you tho :b 

 Also, where is this body of water that they’re boating on? Twilight mentions that they’re returning from Seaward Shoals, but I looked at the map of Equestria and couldn’t find it? (Also The map is a lot bigger than it used to be)
