My many Silverstream plushies help relieve stress.

All I gotta do is cuddle.

This is actually a good question. I do not think I have anything and perhaps this is something that can help.

I usually do watercolor painting style of scenery, write stories or read a good book to help me relive stress. But my little puppy, Willy, is definitely the peak of my comfort. I love him so much, he’s everything to me. I always love coming home seeing him all happy to see me and greeting me. I love hugging him because it helps relieve stress after a shit day at work. Or whenever I feel emotional drain, I’d hug him and it helps a lot.

Not really, I go to video games to escape the reality of stress and anxiety.

But you use the pc or console for that...:double-shock::huh:

The console/PC would be incapable of providing stress relief without their digital aspects, which is why I consider their digital aspects as stress relievers rather than vice versa.
