Tao 8,623 September 9, 2024 Share September 9, 2024 Parents not FREAKING controlling their bloody kids in public! Someone coming up to order, while on their cell phone and you ask me how you can and help and stand at the desk and say "Can you wait, I'm talking right now." Leaving dogs in FREAKING HOT CARS IN THE SUMMER!
Fluttershutter 2,725 September 15, 2024 Share September 15, 2024 It really grinds my gears when you look up a recipe and have to scroll through five pages of text to get to any relevant information! I forgot exactly how to make cookies with a cake mix. What could be simpler? Just give me the ingredient, measurements, and directions then shut up!
Fluttershutter 2,725 November 8, 2024 Share November 8, 2024 One thing that really, REALLY grinds my gears is phone systems that want you to talk to them!!! If you're too cheap to have somebody answering the phone at least get a decent menu!!!

Tao 8,623 February 24 Share February 24 Ok Ppl walking or crossing a road and not even looking and even more when it is not even at a crosswalk. NOT EVERYONE WILL STOP OR SLOW DOWN ON A PUBLIC ROAD! FREAKING TAKE A MOMENT TO LOOK BOTH WAYS! EVEN A 3-YEAR-OLD IS TAUGHT THIS!!
Fluttershutter 2,725 June 18 Share June 18 Two for one things that grind my gears! 1 Those stupid little pop up turkey timers: why do those things even exist??? They're not accurate, half the time they don't even pop., they're just an annoying littlr piece of crap you have to throw away. 2 (the big one) No More Red Boxes!!! Whenever I complain about this somebody tells me they still exist. Not in my area. I've checked online, I've gone to places that are supposed to have them, they're gone!! It was always an easy and convenient way to see a movie I missed in the theater. Easier than figuring out where to stream it and signing up for some damn membership when I just want to watch a lousy movie! Now much of the time I put it off and don't bother and never see the movie. In a lot of ways I think the entertainment industry and the world in general is going backwards. All this "convenience and freedom" crap of streaming is horse apples! It's only convenient and profitable for the damn big corporations!

Ganondorf8 11,565 Saturday at 10:51 PM Share Saturday at 10:51 PM Those ads on YouTube that play for roughly a minute without a means of skipping them just infuriate me to no end.

Sing it, sister. I have seen them up to four and a half minutes long. I can tune out ads pretty well, consciously, but the other day I realized just how much of my time is filled by ads. This is probably doing things to our brains.
