This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while. Now to clarify this takes place in the Pokemon world NOT Equestria. Basically it’s Pokemon but with Ponies instead of Humans. This takes place in the Kanto region [AKA 1st gen] Professor Oak calls all ponies, 10 or older, to his laboratory, and allows them to choose a starter Pokémon. Your goal like in the games is to challenge the 8 Gym Leaders on their way to the Pokémon League at Indigo Plateau. But at the same time Team Rocket as returned and plots to take over Kanto. Note that this takes place after the original games, so Blue is the Gym Leader of Viridian City and Red is the Champion of Kanto. You can use any OC provided that:
A. Their a Pony
B. You give a little alternate Pokemon based backstory/reason they want to be a trainer or join Team Rocket.
And yes you can join Team Rocket but their are only a few spots. If you want to be a Rocket grunt, your mission will be to sidetrack the Trainers using any means you can think of. This includes trying to steal their Pokemon and even getting them to join Team Rocket if you want

Rules:
1. No god-modding
2. Try to use decent grammar
3. Try to Post often. If you can't PM me and I'll take care of it.
4. If any 1st Gen Pokemon get a evolution in a later game then you can evolve them into that Pokemon. [Ex. Scyther into Scizor]
5. If you want the Pokemon to be shiny you must say it's shiny in the post.
6. Make sure you don't have more than one or two shiny Pokemon as they are EXTREMELY rare.
7. I don't mind a little OOC here or there but most OOC things should be in this thread.
8. If you do speak OOC in the RP thread you must Role Play in the same post
9. Have fun [or else MissingNo will glitch up your game]

Yes, but if you have a OC already you can just change his backstory a bit to be more Pokemon related.

Wow. I have no taste for RPs, but this is......enticing.

 

 

EDIT: Maybe......I could be a grunt? I don't have an OC and this would be my first RP, but it would be pretty cool. :3

I looked for one on the Pokemon wiki, they are non left. May do a second check just in case though
