Constantly. Lately I've been getting sooo much dam email from all vendors I've dealt with. I have been unsubscribing to ones I never look at.

I do wait for those cookie or pizza special offers though ..

Like 4-5 times a day. Although I basically don't pay attention to any email Gmail doesn't flag as important.

I tend to forget about it, honestly.  Of all things I have to do and all the ways I stay in touch, e-mail has become such an afterthought.
In some ways, it feels like a relic of the past. The only innovative thing it's done in recent years is give you alerts when you get a new message, and AOL was way ahead of that curve in the 90's. Other then that, e-mail really hasn't changed very much.

Generally daily - it's my main form of contact with strangers since I don't really do social media or phones.

I check my main email account every day whenever I get an email notification on my phone. I don't check my other two email accounts often as they're not used for important stuff nowadays.
