Not likely. He is a genius at adapting to his surroundings, and reading people, so he would likely have no problem with avoiding sexual harassment.

That guy would slip under the radar. Not a chance he would even be interested in harassing. He would be hungry though, and that is scary.

From what I understand about his character is that he usually targets rude and those who he viewed as unpleasant like a child sex offender for example. Sexual harassment towards random people outside of that, doesn’t seems to be is his cup of tea. So unlikely.
