How would ponies react if they had pimples?

I always seen the thing when humans (In the modern world) get pimples by getting germs etc. For example, They can be seen in your face, neck, chest, back, and shoulders.

But instead of the modern humans, What if pimples appeared on the ponies body parts? How would they react? What would their treatment be?
