Is there a possibility of intelligence agencies in G5?

I know that Hitch Trailblazer is a sheriff, meaning that police exist in it's world (at least in Maretime Bay), but that got me wondering.  Do (counter)intelligence agencies exist in G5, like: CIA, KGB, and FBI type intelligence agencies?

I doubt it, I haven't seen any intelligence in G5 so far.

If there are they are probably in Zephyr Heights, since it has the larges population in Equestria, and means and interest to have that kind of agencies. 

Maretime Bay and Bridlewood are just too small settlements.
