health Tourette’s

Ok so I have Tourette’s and mostly motor tics and some kind of dolphin sound but today I started yelling ‘cat’ 

I was wondering if anyone else has Tourette’s or any other tic related thing? 
what are some of your tics. 
mug your sensitive about it though you don’t have to say. Although I guess you wouldn’t post anyways if that the case probably…

I usually can laugh about it but it can be embarrassing in public sometimes.

I quickly jerk my head and pop my neck, but once a day or less.

There are really rare occasions where I would suddenly yell out "HA!"

But every other habitual quirk I have seems to be more of a stim than a tic. There are times where I start pacing back and forth or rocking side to side. Or suddenly spin on the spot and suddenly clap my hands once really loudly.

I twitch and tic my neck and shoulders sometimes. And sometimes rapid blinking. The more I think about it the worse it gets.

When I was a kid I'd make a throat clearing sound a lot. Thankfully never any actual word or anything very loud.
