SharpWit 2,644 March 28 Share March 28 In what way, it's condition? For now I'd say my host performs adequately, but we'll see what the neurologist says after the MRI next month. 1
Brony Number 42 10,069 March 28 Share March 28 As I get older, my body is not doing as well. My hands get stiff. 1 This is my new signature.
jacibobsthebrony 115 March 29 Share March 29 Mostly helps, besides the occasional panic attack and migraine. But it may hinder me more if I don't quit my bad habits, mainly drinking and overthinking.
Fluttershutter 2,453 March 29 Share March 29 Yeah, both. I couldn't do anything without my body but it's a real piece of crap. 1
Obli 34 March 29 Share March 29 My body helps me in many ways, like a... Living? But seriously what is criteria of "helping" and "hinders"? If it's about appearance than i personally have no problems with that, or maybe this topic about health or something? We need more details. 2 The only thing i know for sure is that i don't know anything at all!
Iforgotmybrain 5,654 March 29 Share March 29 I think my body’s fine. Although I wouldn’t say no to having some cool robot body transhumanism style.
Mirage 24,766 March 29 Share March 29 I have a great body. I'm grateful it's so resilient to my poor decisions! I'd say it's a good help and suits my job and social life well. Gotta work out every day though. Yup. “Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take with you nothing you have received--only what you have given.”
daviddaviddavid 776 April 1 Share April 1 Helps I guess. I'm pretty strong and I can't think of any way that it's hindered me (fingers cross it won't start doing so!)
Dreambiscuit 9,691 April 12 Share April 12 Considering I couldn’t do anything outside of my mortal meat suit at the moment, I’d say it not only helps but is absolutely essential. But in the spirit of the question I’d still say it’s in decent condition and reasonably fit for most purposes. I still maintain an exercise regimen and I keep my weight at a certain level, more or less. I don’t eat healthy, that’s for sure, but I’m working on that (a little). Most of the problems of recent vintage have been addressed one way or another, so until my next calamity, I’m still doing okay. I wouldn’t call it a hindrance at the moment. 1
ZiggWheelsManning 10,241 October 2 Share October 2 My body is both for and against me. Life brings loads of challenges we all must face. Special thanks to Emerald Heart for the banner!
DebonedAngel 196 October 2 Share October 2 Gosh, I'm doing my absolute best to have the best body I can, but it still fights me. It isn't how I want to be at the moment, and while I am starting to see improvements and I do feel at least a little bit more confident, most of my insecurities and a lot of my mental struggles come from my body... I'm doing everything I can to get to be who I know I can be though, no matter how difficult or painful it might be.
EpicEnergy 23,218 November 19 Share November 19 My body is ok, but my brain on the other hand... I find that my thoughts can be barriers in life, ranging from a simple roadblock to an intimidating wall of steel. This is why I am working on changing my thoughts to realistic ones instead of leaving them unchecked and negative. *totally not up to any shenanigans*
Slumberlumber 90 November 19 Share November 19 Helps for sure. I'm able to keep active and excersizing. Out door's too, when I can.
