I'll try to explain this in the RP thread, but I'll make sure to post a link of the Dice in here, as well.

Once the race begins as you run, you'll be able to roll the dice to see how many leaves that you knock down.

Just like the dice that was used in the World Cup, the same dice will be used in this event.

If there are any questions, then please feel free to ask. 

There will be two rolls of the dice whenever action you take. One to help count the leaves and the other to count the steps you take in the race. You can keep track of the scores from either roll of the dice that you use. Whomever gets 1,000 steps over the course of their rolls will win the race! There is no set goal on how many leaves should be knocked down, but that gives everyone a choice. Focus more on the steps you take, or focus more on the amount of leaves you knock down. The choice is yours and yours alone. For example, you can do two D10's to split your focus. One D10 for the steps and the other D10 for the leaves. If you wish to put more focus one one over the other, then you can use a D12 to focus more on the running and a D8 to focus on the leaves, or to even go all in on one goal and roll with a D20. 

In the end, this is all in good fun and a friendly competition.

Due to me using a samsung, I can't take screenshots of my dice rolls but I promise to remain honest on the roles I do! Never will I ever lie to win the race! Winning is not my goal, anyway! I just want to have fun with my friends!

Which model do you have? I have a Samsung too and it lets me take screenshots by pressing both the power button and volume down at the same time, then I can crop or quickly edit as needed before saving (and pressing the back arrow cancels the screenshot)

I can take screenshots but not while being on the internet. I don't know which generation it is! I took a look at it but found no number! It's an old model!

If you go to at the top where it says 'Roleplay' then you can go to where it says character. You'll be sent to a list of all the characters that other users have made to play as in RP's. If you'd like to make a character, then you can click on 'New Character' and you'll be able to make your own character sheet, as well as have a link.

I've already made a character sheet. Is there something special I have to do to use it in the roleplay thread? for example, shiny silvermoon and slipstream seem to be doing it.

Oh okay and I think I see what you mean. You made your character in the Legacy System, so the character won't show up in the drop down box when playing as your character. You would have to remake the character again in the 'characters' option and selecting 'new character.' When that happens, then when you go to make a response, you can have the option in the drop box to play as your OC. I hope I was able to help and I'm really sorry about that.

@Usual Crypty Hey Crypty! When the race begins, each post you make when running in the race will give you a dice roll for both steps and one dice roll for leaves. You can either split the focus of your steps and leaves or focus on one over the other. A recommended post was made in here in case you need more info on how the dice rolls will work.  

@Samurai Equine I'm really sorry about that, Onii-San! I made a sign up thread and I thought you had seen it. If you're still interested, then there's still time to enter

@Dynamo Pad Do we even have to take screenshots? It wouldn't prove that we aren't cheating, and the thread would get unnecessarily cluttered.

And if there's no set goal of how many leaves should fall, it would be funny to complete the whole race without anyone knocking down a single leaf. 

I also wonder how that dice system works behind the scenes. Like, do certain obstacles only activate when someone reaches a certain number of steps? What if someone reaches 1,000 while in the middle of dealing with some obstacle? Do people lose the ability to hear each other when they are too far?
