IDW Asking for Comic Feedback in New Survey

Unfortunately my complaints with IDW aren’t so much the contents as the way they run their store. I have had so many issues purchasing from them directly. I can’t log in to my Google atm to see the form. Does anything in it address their online store at all or is it just comic contents?

There doesn't seem to be a question about the store specifically , but there is a question about potential improvements which you could probably comment about the store on.
