Sadly, living in the middle of North Carolina prevents me from attending such things, nor do I have the interest to fly off into the dangerous big apple all by my lonesome. ;_;

 

If there was ever one more closer to home I wouldn't mind checking it out, though I don't think I'm really much of a con person at all.

If you do decide to call you can always message me and I'll see if I can arrange for myself to meet up with you. No promises but I live in NYC and chances are it's incredibly easy for me to go wherever the meet up is being held.

 

Is this for me? I don't mind if you try to meet up with me and the us in NYC. Don't feel bad if you can't make it though because they have them often. And btw there is a huuuuge New York Brony group on meetup.com. The person who runs it is really nice (she helped me register for the con) and I'm sure you'd have lots of fun

hmm I live in Central Pennsylvania which isn't too hellishly far away from New York!

I've been to New York before

Got lost! wasn't a great experience!

Not sure where Hotel Pennsylvania is? (certainly not in Pennsylvania )

When I got lost I has to basically go through the entire city to get to Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy to visit my brother!

 

Hopefully Hotel Pennsylvania would be easier to find!

 

Unfortunately I cannot go any time soon! I need a car and to get a car I need money and to get money I need a job and to get a job I need to stop being lazy! (which isn't seeming to stop anytime soon!)

 

It's like my dream to go to E3 or Comic Con! I'll make the trip in the near future when I have the means to! (well I have friends to help support the Comic Con and E3 ventures, not sure I can talk anyone into BroNY Con!)

 

As for telling my family... well I'd just not tell them.

I'm assuming next year I'll have a job, car, money in which I plan to try to avoid being home as long as I humanly can!
