Brony Studios (Help wanted... A LOT OF HELP!)

Ok. This is a real stretch of an Idea, but I think this will work.

 

 

There are a ton of EXTREMELY talented Bronies in our community, we all know that. But from all the talented bronies, I'm surprised we don't see that many REALLY big Brony projects. Balloon Party, Fallout Equestria, and the Bronydubs4life Movie are the only things that come to mind.

What if we made a site that all these Bronies can work together easily on big projects, so it's not hard for anypony to come up with a great Idea for a Fan Movie (example), they could easily contact the Animators, Musicians, and Writers and other people that would be needed for it.

 

Now you probably thinking "Anony, you idiot, there are a million forums and YouTube to do stuff like this, why do make this site?". My (sort of) answer is that because there are so many forums and such, it is hard to gather all the Bronies in one place and get the project rolling.

 

This site (which will conviently have a forum as well...) will be a place where Bronies can sign up and list all the things they could possibly contribute. Bronies who want to start their big projects can say what they need and other Bronies can join if they want to! The site can also fund some projects if it is needed.

 

You can also get advice from the experts!

 

In the end, it is sorta like a YouTube, Forum, Facebook, Cloudsdale, Kickstarter, and (insert other stuff I forgot here) mixed together... I think

 

This idea isn't fully formed in my head... so it is nowhere near perfect yet. There are a lot of holes in it right now (also, my internet stops working at a certain time, so I am rushing with this post to beat the clock, so this is a rather condensed version of my plan). Keep in mind with enough Support, this will work out well.

 

If you think this is a great Idea, say so! I need to know if enough people interested in this to make sure the site won't die. If you are a Brony Web designer/ Programmer, I could use your help! If are Brony Talent that wants to join, tell me that too! (Just to be clear, You dont need to be Brony Talent to Join the Site)

Huge projects and astounding, quality work are most definitely within this fandom's reach! Just look at everything that's been made already, after only two seasons- two seasons!!! And just think about the leaps and bounds in culture and media that projects like these would make in today's society. And I'm not just talking about online, mind you.

 

Before you can have a masterpiece, though, you must have a master plan. Which is why I agree 100% that an organizational website specifically dedicated to project undertaking, production development, and donation is right on for such lofty goals. It's true: there's no way of getting around the fact that such huge projects require tremendous amounts of patience, commitment, and often financial aid.

 

But if there's no home base to set up these requirements, how will the process even start?

 

I say, it's a brilliant idea. With as much fan-generated work and content as this fandom's already produced, there's not a single doubt in my mind that a large group of dedicated—and not to mention exceptionally talented—bronies could pull off something...big? Show-stopping? You can never quite tell what will come out of bronies' imaginations.

Hey guys! I just joined the site tonight specifically to collaborate with other musicians on here. I have my own home recording studio and will be dropping some brony beats on here very soon. I also used to animate quite a bit for newgrounds back in the day. I think this is exactly what I am looking for. I'm just a little worried about it being it's own site. Maybe being it's own forum section would be better. Like a category that says "looking for a collab partner?" kind of deal.
