"Normally a runic circle is inscribed on the ground. An invisibility runic circle on the ground makes any pony who stands in it invisible, but it is immobile so you must stand within the spell for it to work. If you want a mobile spell I must inscribe the runic circle on you, the mark woud be a permanent scar but would only keep you invisible for however long the rune was charged with MP. Because for a runic spell to work it must be charged with MP. It would last about an hour and a half" Blaze explained.

"Wait, if Blaze helps me I can cast a barrier to provide invisibility and it will be mobile, but I will need help to cast it." She said asking for Blaze's help.

She tried a small version of it on a rock. The rock vanished.

"Hmm, that would exaust a lot more mp, I dont think we should use up too much mp on just one spell. No if Daeva wants invisibility the best way to go is to cast the invisibility runic circle" Blaze explained.

"I don't want to get a scar but if I have to just to take him down I wouldn't mind, maybe I'll make a cool story about how I got it if anypony asks one day.." she wondered as she started to think of a cool story to tell everypony.

"Can it fit on my left hoof? I hope it's not too big.." she replied as she walked over to Blaze and stuck her hoof out, though before Blaze could do anything she asked if it's going to hurt.

 

"Please do it quickly yet carefully, I don't want to feel too much pain."

Starbolt started to observe Blaze wanting to learn everything about the spell.

'This is my chance to learn something.' She thought focusing on Blaze's technique and stance.

"Okay." Blaze's horn touched the top of Daeva's hoo. His horn released a small amount of energy where ever he traced leaving a burn mark, after he was finished it looked like this.

"Starbolt I am going to have you charge the rune with MP, I am pretty much all tapped out" Blaze said as he sat down from fatique.

"I suppose it didn't hurt that much, though I definitely saw some smoke coming out of my hoof for a second there.."

 

Daeva saw Blaze sitting down and trying to catch his breath.

 

"Is this what happens every single time a Unicorn runs out of MP?" she asked.

 

"Also, after this thing gets charged do I activate it myself it does it start the second it's been charged? I don't want to waste any of the MP Starbolt has, though if I can use it one whenever I want to then continue.."

Starbolt comitted every single detail of the spell to memory.

"Okay, how much magic should I charge the rune with? Also is the rune reuseable?" She asked Blaze.

'If it is reuseable she can just have any unicorn charge it.' She thought.

"First off, I am an ALICORN! Second off, You have to have it activated by MP, but I wonder if there is a way to activated with demon power..." Blaze scratched his chin for a second "Well I have no clue, but yes it must be activated by some form of magic power so once Starbolt charges it you will be invisible for an hour or two." Blaze directed his voice at Starbolt "Hmm I would say to charge it with about 8% mp."

"So should I charge it now?" Starbolt asked wondering if she should charge it now.

"Carrick, what do we do now?" She asked Carrick unsure on how they are going to proceed.

'I'm going to try this new runic mark later.' She thought

"Hmm... no. We should wait until the moment she needs it. We are resting right now after all." Blaze said. "But when the time comes I am sure you will be ready. This is the next lesson in learning rune spells. The first was to read that book, the second is to learn MP control, you must know how much magic to put into each circle. It must be precise or it wont work, nothing bad will happen, it just wont activate. Now I used educated guessing with the 8% thing. I know it takes me 4% and I added the factor that you are a unicorn and subtracted the talent factor. I have noticed your MP reserves are much greater than a normal unicorn's. The outcome was 8% I just dont know if my calculations are 100% sound. It wont matter though. If it is too less the spell will fizzle out if it is too great Daeva might feel some minor discomfort but nothing severe" Blaze explained.

((OOC: I am going to bed now, it is 2:30 am where I am. If I dont get right back on when I wake it is because I had some errands to run. I am expecting to be on in 9 to 10 hours. So here it would be 11:00 - 12:00.))

Carrick sat down, as he listened to the conversation between the three. He kept himself silent as he rested his body. Daeva can be invisible for a certain amount of time. That could be useful, however there is a possibility that if she did go and tried to "break her neck" and she is detected that could end badly. Hmmm...

 

Carrick got up and looked at Daeva closely, he looked at her hoof that just gotten a runic burn mark. He got his notepad and wrote it down. "Trick tactics." Carrick said.

"I'll try to spark a tiny little bit of power to my left hoof to see if it'll work." said Daeva as she was starting to get curious if it'll work.

 

She tried to take a small amount of energy out of her, slowly concentrating it on the mark..

Carrick blinked, he did still see her. "I think you have to hear what Blaze's said. Since you don't know the magic or energy equivalent to used that rune spell. You have to use exact amount to use it."

 

"I'm not magic expert though, so I could just be wrong overall and you need magic to use rune spells." Carrick shrugged. As he continued to read his notes.

Blaze looked at the Pegasus she was definitely visible, " Well there is another factor that plays in to weather it will work with demon energy or not. Demon energy is more raw and less concentrated then MP so the conversion rate might be much higher. I would estimate about a 20% difference in power. You would have to charge your rune with much more energy then a unicorn and alicorn would." Blaze explained.

Starbolt sat down. "So are we going to head out soon?" She asked growing impatient.

She studied the marking on Daeva's hoof committing it to memory. 'Hopefully I won't forget the pattern of the rune.' She thought.

Carrick chuckled, "We can't just push out their just yet. I haven't said our plan just yet." Carrick opened his notepad as had seven X's that represented each of the ponies. "There isn't too much information I got on this pony. Though I know one thing for certain, she isn't exactly the strongest pony...at all. I was able to get a good hook at her and almost knock her down" Carrick opened his notepad, "The problem about that would be the fact that she has magic powers that block any form of physical attack. That's why I have made a two-pronged attack, while using a bit of deception."

 

There were three X that stand in front of the O, they stood in a triangle formation. While one was behind the O. Carrick pointed at the three X in the back. "Blaze, Starbolt, and Trixie will stand in the back and support the three in the front."

 

"The front will contain Ponyborn, Thunder, and yours truly. I'll probably the be the one getting blunt force of the attacks, I'll be the one in front of the formation."

 

"Daeva...is our ace. This is important, you have to LISTEN to me. You can't be going off like an idiot and ignoring my pleads. If wasn't for me, I'd pretty sure you'd be in a snowy grave. You will be going around our lovely pony. You have to be silent and do this correctly. When I give the signal." Carrick pushed his hat up into the air, Carrick grabbed it and placed it back on his head. "you go for a tackle. Thus render her distracted and unable to do spell. "

 

"If this plan doesn't work....I do have two back-ups, but hopefully that doesn't go to that."

"I got it but with one question...is punching bad ponies guaranteed or a small possibility? cause i have a....few issues with my hoofs needing to hit something every once and a while. The doctors call it anger management but i punch them for making fun of me. I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM!..err...sorry, its the altitude hehe." Said Ponyborn with a slight chuckle. Everypony started to stare at him. "I think ill just go over there and...umm...yeah just go over there and dance to some dubstep, im also open to dance partners..." He said as he walked to the other end of the room.

"Sounds like a good idea to me, although I dont know how useful I will be even if I do drink that flask, I might just end up doing something out of plan" Blaze explained. He knew that he had to replenish his MP somehow. He decided to regain his MP sooner rather than later and had been taking sips from his flask for the past fifteen minuets. He felt the familiar fuzziness of alcohol but he wasnt full blown drunk yet just buzzed.
