Stitches deflected the crossbow bolt while Noxus destroyed the two knives with his acid.

As he fell back into the smoke cloud he quickly flew again this time through the forest breaking line of sight rendering Minos unable to pull him back.

Minos watched the pegasus fly away "You RUN away you coward, with your tail TUCKED too!" He yelled before the three walked off.

 

Clocks gave a 'pffttthh' sound before turning back to Midnight "So, how has sewer life been treatin' ya Middy?" He asked with a grin on his face.

 

Midnight sighed "We spruced it up for your info, Clocky" He replied with a irritated look.

The pegasus landed with a sigh of relief. He quickly headed towards Canterlot, planning to get to his hideout there to recover.

 

Sapphire noticed Fire unconscious. She removed the rubble with her magic and helped him up.

 

Fae began to trust this new guard pony, she fought the guards and is helping the team.

Snow took a deep breath, So they really got a army to defeat them. I wonder if they'll be able to defeat them. She sat down and sighed as she saw the destroyed house. Snow didn't really do much, she just help protect herself. She wonder if they helped them get Carrick. She was okay with helping Hypno. She had been nice to her. She took a deep sigh. "Yeah." She thought aloud.

 

Corpus shook his head, Killing you? Do you see me without any equinity?(sp?). No, my dear stallion you'll be stuck with your friends as Ice Star will finally come. I hope you enjoy the company. It shall be the last time you'll see them. Corpus horn glowed one more time as he disappeared inside with Carrick and Starbolt.

Quickly blinked, "Well, I said I'd find another way, just didn't quite expect... This. Hey guys." Did I gain enough honor that they won't try to kill me? Oh Luna, please here my prayers... He stretched a bit, flexing his muscles and sighing. "Have you been practicing what I showed you Starbolt?"

Sapphire noticed Snow to the side. "You alright? That was a rather large blast." She asked Snow while she helped Fire up.

 

Starbolt saw Quickly appear before her. "So much for rescuing us. Do you have a plan?" Starbolt asked Quickly.

The pegasus flew to Canterlot and went towards his hideout where he could rearm his weapons.

"Plan? Plan?" He falls over laughing, "Here's a plan; avoid other Nighthunters who want to kill me." He spat sourly at a corner in the room, "As of yesterday I was declared waterloga, warlock, oath-breaker. For what? Failing a mission beyond my capabilities as foal. For the ultimate dishonor; having my team, my friends, die and not dying myself. For being different; for touching the tablet and getting away with it. For associating with known felons and night-creatures. So, my plan is not die Starbolt. Not die and find away to get you guys out alive too."

Hypno noticed Snow, he walked up to her and hugged her, this time correctly. He let go after a few moments "I'm glad you are okay, that explosion was pretty bad at first, it got me worried" He said with a slight chuckle.

 

Midnight and Clocks gave snooty looks to each other. While Fire in the background made a "Ooooohhh, the gang leaders have tension between each other!" He said with mock enthusiasm.

"Hypno, you don't really have to worry about me anymore." She said with a grin. "I think I should be more worry about you. You seem to get yourself in more trouble than I do." While she was with the group. She saw a whole city get destroyed. Carrick Murphy been taken away(though she didn't mind that one bit). Questionable ponies and now, this. If she was some weak mare, she would of already gone into hiding a long time ago.

Hypno slightly shrugged "i suppose you are correct" He chuckled. "It's just that i've seen a lot of the ponies i'm close to get hurt in my lifetime. I've been made naturally worried, i suppose" He explained. He wondered where to go next, seeing fire's house was wrecked.

"Well you shouldn't worry about me. I can defend for myself now. Now that I have my powers back I can do a lot of things." Her confidence really rose up after she obtain her powers again. She didn't feel like some foal or an earth pony. She was strong, she can control the weather. Freeze ponies to death and just make anypony's day a living hell.

Hypno slightly notice snow's mood change. He wasn't sure if it was good or bad really. "I'll try not to worry anymore" He chuckled "But, lets get down to buisness. were gonna need a new house, obviously. And i suggest we move down to my house, it's much more armored than this, and probably cannot be taken down as easily." He said

"A more fortified position does increase our chances of survival, I agree with him." Sapphire said to the group.

 

The pegasus reached his stash and sat down on one of his chairs taking a rest.

 

"Why are the nighthunters after you?" Starbolt asked Quickly.

He blinked at her, silently for a few minutes, "I just told you; they declared me a warlock. An oath-breaker. Oath-breakers have no room in their society, and no room in the normal society, so they figure it a mercy killing. They think their doing you a favor. I must have some enemies in the Nighthunters thouh, because I didn't break my oath, I just don't have a lot of honor to my name at the moment."

Starbolt sighed. "Is there any way we can get them to stop hunting you down?" She asked Quickly in a worried tone. She wondered if the nighthunters knew about Ice Star. "Maybe we could enlist their aid?" Starbolt added hoping to get another ally against Ice Star.

He rolls his eyes, and then recites from memory, "If your deemed traitor, or warlock, you may uplift your status by performing courageous acts. The most beneficial of these being death on the line of duty. Anything less than death requires a council vote. The accused must be present for the verdict. If found guilty, the warlock will be put to death, unless he manages to fight his way out of camp. If he manages that, his status is lifted to probationary and he is not aloud to enter a camp for one month."

 

"To enlist the help of a Nighthunter, or Nighthunter clan, you must present your case to the council; a collective of Nighthunter clan leaders. Proceedings can take anywhere from hours to months, sometimes years."

Blaze said as he picked up everything and put it in his pack. After everything was put away he stretched out popping his joints and then began walking towards their destination. The sand underneath his hooves was irritating but he kept walking like normal. It was not long before they made it to an Oasis. "Take a quick dring and refill cantines. We are not going to spend any more time here then we have to." Blaze said. He put his muzzle in the water and took a deep gulp and then refilled his cantine.

It didn't take long until both Blaze and her reached the Oasis, she stuck her whole entire head into the water and pulled it back out, wiping herself dry and took a few sips of water. She then took out her canteen and refilled it with the water.

((OOC in the intrest of time, I am going to take temporary control of Deava just to finish up this premonition bit))

After they finished drinking at the oasis they departed once more, the tower in the distance growing ever closer. It was not long until they were on the edge of the 1000 foot deep crater that seemed more like a canyon or a valley then a crater.

Daeva was standing right next to him. "Do you think he is in there?" She asked.

"If anything is certain it is that Carrick is in there" Blaze said while closing his eyes in sorrow.

"It was not your fault, we will get them back" She tried to say reassuringly but it did not work, Blaze opened his eyes but now an expression of anger fell upon his face. They were about to jump down in the crater, when Blaze heard a voice from behind them. "Lovely weather we are having? Who knew there would be a chance for blood rain?" The Mantygre asked ((In ancient mythology a Mantygre had the body of a tiger and the face of a man, but in this he is just like a minotaur but part tiger instead of bull))

"Zerrif... I am in no mood for games, I would just turn around and walk away if I were you." Blaze said, Daeva struck a fighting pose

"What would be the fun in that huh? Oh, dont tell me you are still nursing that wound I gave your wing?" Zerrif laughed, Blaze got a good look at the Mantygre, he walked on two legs and was about 6 feet tall. He was very muscular and had a very large executioners sword on his back. Zerrif took his sword from his back, and in an instant he was gone. The next instant he reappeared behind Daeva, swinging his sword. Blaze saw the whole thing, even the point where the sword cut her straight in half, her entrails spilling out.

 

Blaze looked upon the event that transpired before him with horror and shock.

"Pity really" Zerrif said "I thought there was going to be more fight in that one, well it is your turn now"

A tear touched Blaze's cheek, but it was not long before his sadness turned to righteous fury. "RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH" Blaze screamed, his eyes turned bright crimson, his amulet glowing intensely bright with magic power.

Zerrif used swordsmaster's will to teleport behind Blaze. He was about to cut Blaze in half when Blaze teleported behind Zerrif.

Zerrif had not expected it but knew where he was and swiped backwards at Blaze. Blaze dodged away and got enough distance before charging MP

"I SUPPOSE IT IS TIME FOR ME TO USE MY OWN SS CLASS SPELL. I DON'T KNOW IF I EVEN HAVE ENOUGH MP TO ATTEMPT THIS" Blaze said in RC voice. "BUT HERE GOES NOTHING" Blaze pointed his horn at Zerrif.

 

"There is nothing that can get past this demon sword" Zerrif said in confidence as he took a defensive stance "Take your best shot"

 

"HEAVENLY-SPEAR WHITE FLAME BLAST" Blaze yelled as a massive white fire lance was blasted from his horn.

 

Zerrif stood there in his defensive pose as the flame blast neared. Even as the fire impacted with his sword he did not teleport away. "NOTHING CAN BEAT THIS SWORD!" The white flames not only melt his demon sword but they also made it past the sword and began to immolate him. After the flames died down, there was nothing but a black charred body left.

 

Blaze passed out on the sandy ground from excessive MP usage. His mind drifting away to black nothingness.

 

((OOC @, your demon blood regenerates your body back together and you wake up to see Blaze passed out on the ground and Mr Tony Tiger laying on the ground as nothing more than a burnt husk.))

Quickly sighed, thinking about the prison. If Starbolt and Carrick are still in here, then obviously there are runes up, and I probably can't scratch them. I'd guess from the fact Starbolt didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I mentioned her training, she probably hasn't been doing anything. Right now, I think I would try alcohol again. My family ditched me, I'm being hunted, I'm stuck in a prison, I think I've been rejected... Again, there doesn't seem to be any booze, and I'm tired. I flew all day 3 days ago. All day yesterday. Half the day today, plus the traps in this place. I just don't know what went wrong, he thought sarcastically, pacing.

Starbolt sat down next to Carrick. She noticed Quickly was tense. "Realx Quickly, worrying won't help." She told Quickly in a reassuring tone.

 

Sapphire started to look through the rubble trying to find anything salvageable. She found a dagger and an extra spear. She picked them up.

He noticed he was pacing and stopped, "Sorry, I just don't like closed spaces. It's how my last team died." Two good companions, dead because the council 'desperately needed' the artifact. Lives down the drain, and their not afraid to take another. They called me an oath breaker. If they didn't answer to Celestia, I'd swear they were in league with some bad ponies...
