Starbolt was rather tired from bucking the wall, she tried to not let it show but it was obvious she was having difficulty. She readied to buck the wall again with Quickly. "We, can do this." She mumbled as they prepared to hit the wall again. Starbolt still thought about using magic but decided to see if they could break the wall first.

Carrick continued to push forward, his mind set on his breaking the wall. The cracked started to grow bigger every time they started to buck the wall. Perspiration around his head, the small amount of food given to him as he stayed here didn't help matters. He took a deep breath and repeated it one more time. A few pieces of brick started to drop off. Carrick stopped for a second. "Wait, let's...rest for a second." Carrick needed to get his breath. Maybe if he gotten more food he would be in better condition....

Quickly nodded and looked through his bag. He made a face, but sighed. "I got some cookies, if anyponie's interested," he said, dragging out his grandma's cookies. "They are... An acquired taste. Like, crude bear that made me drunk before the city collapsed." He shrugged.

Magic walked back into the house and grabbed something to drink, he sipped at it casually.

 

Hypno chuckled "Yeah, you could join us, and if you need a place you could stay at my house for now" He said.

The mare looked slightly grateful, but seemed to hide it. "A-alright... that would be nice" She said as she stood up, looking guilty.

Carrick took a cookie, he really didn't mind something like that. If they were going to die, at least he wouldn't die with an empty stomach. "Well, I wonder will this be the end? If we die, will Blaze, Daeva, Hypno, and his friends be able finish this case?" Carrick took the bite, the taste was quite bitter, but he continue to chew and shallow. It was satisfying. "Push forward..." He said more to himself.

Hypno walked in with the group and looked around the house, the mare followed afterward. Hypno sat in a empty chair by Magic's with quite a few more around him, it looked to be a lounging room. Midnight, Clocks, and Fire walked upstairs casually as the Mare and Shadow took a seat.

"They'll be able to do it. If I die, right now, I will be honored. The council will have no choice other than to send somepony to help." He stares at Starbolt for a while, unable to shake a sense of Deja Vu. It's almost as if we've done this sorta thing before. Yet I coulda swore I've never met this pony in my life.

The mare was wearing something odd around her neck. From his chair Hypno expected it and noticed it was a dog collar. The mare thought it made her look more menacing, and would say she took it from a diamond dog as a trophy, but in reality she just bought it.

 

"So, whats your name?" He asked the mare keeping a kind tone.

"Zig Zag, but you can just call me Ziggy." She replied.

"Oh, that's ni-" Hypno was interupted as a voice boomed out from the backyard. "Hypno! I'm C-CALLING you out Y-YOU you... you whatever..."

Hypno's tone changed from kind to dark and apathetic in mere seconds. His eyes seemed to look evil as he talked "Give me a moment, i'll take care of this by my self." He said as he trudged out the backdoor.

 

Hypno looked out to see Minos standing there "Glad to see you S-SHOW up" He said with a magic blast at the ready.

"If i didn't you would of just walked in, stuttering buffoon." Hypno said looking irritated. "You agitate me, now lets get this over with quick"

"Y-YOU underestimate me" Minos said as he teleported to the side of Hypno and threw a magically enhanced punch at him.

Hypno seemed to have foreseen this, and quickly grabbed the punch with ease."No actually, i don't" He said with a wicked smile as he sent a shock wave out towards Minos sending him back with force into a birdbath, smashing it and skidding to a stop on the grass. The magic Hypno was using seemed to be pure dark energy.

 

"B-ba-BASTARD!" Minos mumbled from the ground as Hypno started to walk towards him. He slowly stumbled up and fired a magic bolt towards him, Hypno counted with his own, nullifying it.

 

Minos ran towards Hypno, but yelped when Hypno teleported towards him and send a punch right into his neck. Hypno began to laugh rather insanely. He fell back but got back up quickly. Minos fired a blast but Hypno's eyes seemed to open up a rift pulling the blast in.

 

"WHY wont you DIE?" They both ran towards each other, Hypno pulling out his sword, and Minos made a sword out of magic. They clashed and came to a stop a few feet away from each other. They both were unscratched, and turned back towards each other. Minos stared at Hypno as he had a smug grin, like he knew something Minos didn't.

 

To the others, Hypno and Minos stared at each other, while something was off with Minos. His eyes looked like Hypno's, but constantly swirling, and he seemed to be paralyzed and in some sort of trance.

To Minos, the whole world began to rip away, revealing a destroyed one, a evil one, filled with madness and corruption. He looked around fear in his eyes. "W-what?...WHAT IS THIS?" He yelled looking back to Hypno. But Hypno had dissapeared, in his place, a new building.

 

Minos walked up to it slightly shaking as he opened the door. It was a puppet shop, filled with pony size wooden puppets. Hypno was sitting on top of a throne, with a odd top hat and a few marionette sticks on it. His same sick looking grin on his face. "You're in my world now..." He said as his voice distorted.

Daeva didn't know what to say, she was surprised as him to see herself alive after being sliced in half. She tilted her head to the left and slowly kissed him.. Both of them embraced each other as they made out with each other, enjoying every single moment as it lasted.

"W-what... did you D-DO?" Minos asked with an angry looking face.

"Oh, what have i done? I've just brung you down to my level, in my sanity, in my head." Hypno laughed as he grabbed the marionette sticks and began to play with them, dozens of the wooden puppets began to move "Dance for me my puppets." He said as they began to grab weapons. One rushed Minos from behind, landing a slash on him. From the real world, the slash appeared on Minos body.

 

"Ack!" Minos let out before trying to use his magic to kill the puppets, but he found he couldn't any more. He grabbed a sword and cut the puppets head off, but took small scratches to his body. Hypno watched with a rather entertained gaze, seemingly turning more evil by the second, and needing somepony to pull him out of his mood. One of the puppets then clubbed Minos in the face, making a gash in his head.

Starbolt took a bite out of the cookie that Quickly had taken out. It didn't taste that good but she ate it anyway. As she chew on it she couldn't get over the feeling that she had tasted these cookies before.

 

Sapphire heard shouting and ran out the back and saw Hypno simply staring at Minos. Sapphire raised her spear unsure of what was happening. Minos seemed to be getting injured for no apparent reason.

Quickly ate his cookie, and started on a second. Then a third. When he had said that they were an acquired taste earlier, he'd left out that they were a taste he had acquired. He also knew that his grandmother baked her cookies with herbs that gave energy. They lost potency in the baking process, but Quickly needed all the energy he could get.

Minos fell to the floor, almost knocked out from the hit to the head. He couldn't get up yet either, his head was going fuzzy. "I'm gonna KILL YOU, and rip your soul back and do it again you MOTHER BUCKER!" He yelled.

Hypno walked down from his throne, twirling a staff. "Heh heh, good luck with that." He said walking over to Minos. He gently picked Minos up with magic and floated him in front of his face "I'm going to keep you alive for one reason, and that's to send a message to my brother. So that he'll think twice before sending a worm like you to me again." Hypno said as he used his magic to hurl Minos across the room and into a table, then a wall breaking them both before sliding to the floor. Cracks started to be heard from Minos' still body in the outside world.

Blaze felt the sensation of the kiss as it coursed through his body. He would have let it go on even longer if they were not in such a rush as it is. Blaze broke off the embrace, got up off of the ground, and shook the dust off of himself.

"We need to go find Carrick." Blaze said "He might be in trouble" Blaze looked down below and saw the huge crater. The drop alone was probably more then three hundred feet. But he had faith in the magic of the cloak. He lept off of the rim of the crater down into the massive canyon created from the crater. The drop lasted a good minute or so before he hit the ground. He expected to be smushed into nothingness, but to his surprise when he hit the ground it felt as if he had jumped no more than a few feet. He began to walk towards the entrance of the massive tower. He had a feeling that somepony was watching him...

Corpus sighed once more, a habit was started to occur. He felt the MP of the said Blaze, come close to the tower. It seem I have one more errand to attend to. It's time to end this what I started...what a pain. With that a glow appear around him as he teleported. The second in command just nodded, he knew if this didn't end in time...he would have to blow it up himself. For Ice Star...

 

Corpus teleported to the front of the tower. He looked around to see what had created, a descent city. He couldn't have, but enjoy what he had created. He turned to see Blaze started to come close with Daeva by his side. Well, it's a pleasure to meet you once again, Blaze. Have you come back for your leader?

"I suppose that can wait later, Carrick might be in trouble.." she replied as she followed Blaze down the crater. She landed beside him and followed him closely in the darkness. She saw an entrance of a tower as she slowly approached. "Hey Blaze.. I- I'm scared.." she whispered to him quietly.

Corpus couldn't help but grin at the mare next to Blaze. Daeva, if he wasn't mistaken was her name. The demon pony, the one that has amazing powerful if her emotions get to her. Least that was what the report said. He was surprised he didn't see her when he took out Blaze's MP...or at least some of it. Corpus stare at Daeva, So it's the first time to see you. He looked at Daeva. Well, now. Should we go with the negotiation or just go with a fight? I rather not just ask you to go into petty things like asking you anymore. However, I'll leave it up to you. Corpus still felt lifeless even with the certain spouts of angry by Blood and Carrick he tried to keep his composure. He wonder if he would live this fight for a second. He wonder if his second-hoof pony would do it instead with the end of this tower...

Minos' eyes faded back to normal and he suddenly collapsed to the ground with a thud. Hypno opened his eyes with a slight grin. He walked back into the house silently not even paying any attention to Minos or his broken, unconscious body. He seemed different, almost like a new pony entirely as his did so.

Snow didn't know what to think about what just happened. Minos seemed to have been shattered. Than with Hypno...he felt different...though no words were spoken...he just seem entirely different. Snow felt worried, was he alright? Snow didn't care for Minos. She just cared about Hypno as she ran after Hypno, "Wait...are you okay?" Snow asked worried.

Something was obviously wrong with Hypno's sanity itself. Hypno stopped when he heard Snow. He turned back, his odd grin and odd facial expression turning back to his normal kind one. His personality seemed to shift. "Okay?..." He asked, as he seemed to stop and think like he was unsure of the answer. "Yeah, i'm fine, rather crushed him actually" He answered finally with a chuckle, glancing at Minos.

A shiver went down Snow's spine when he turned back into normal. There was something wrong, but he seems to be normal. Snow didn't see Hypno as one who would be act nonchalantly about crushing somepony body like she would. Though she would of just killed him. She had mercy to at least let them die quickly. "I see that." She said as he saw Minos, "I would of never guess you would do such a thing." She said.

"Eh, you mean defend myself in da ring of honah?" He said with a silly voice and striking a dramatic pose. "He'll live anyways, i just put him in a lot of pain. I guess i just wasn't in the mood of dealing with my brothers lackeys at the moment though." He explained normally.

"Hmm... negotiations? Yes, perhaps. As you can probably tell I have used up way too much MP. I used up so much in fact that I saw the shores of purgatory. So maybe you can make this easy. All I want is for you to release Carrick and Starbolt, and any other pony from my group you may have nabbed in the process. Just release them and we will leave here." Blaze said as he took his hood off of his head and shook out his red mane.

Corpus thought about it for a second than looked back at Blaze. Corpus did have the upper hand here. Though he did consider Daeva. She is a random variable. Corpus shook his head, I might be able to give you the trespasser and Starbolt for free. He and I don't see them as useful ponies. However, Carrick Murphy. I have a vendetta on him and he's a bigger price to pay for not letting him finally reach his final day.

 

Snow giggle slightly at his silly voice and pose. It was like he was some sort of professional wrestler after he won a title. "Well, maybe we should have a visit with your brother and finally take of it." Snow said, determined to maybe stop this pony. He was trying to hurt Hypno after all.

Ziggy watched the fight unfold rather confused. She looked rather fearful towards Hypno for a few moments, unsure how he did that to the goat without even touching him have the time.

shadow watched Hypno enter, looking at him, like he was inspecting him with his eyes. He seemed to take notice of his personality and try to find out why he acted so.

 

"A splendid idea, but me knowing him, he'll probably have quite a few bodyguards. In a regular fight we should be able to take him, but he is a cheater..." Hypno said
