gaming The Creatures Thread (Nova, Sly, Sp00n, Kootra and more!)

Since PewDiePie got his own thread, I though to myself "Why not make one for The Creatures?" (If you don't know why they are, I'll get to that in a moment). I decided to make one mega thread for them since I didn't want to make 8 different threads for a group of people who are related in terms of alliances and stuff . Anyways, the creatures are a group of gamer friends who live in Colorado, near Denver. Some of them live in the Creature House, a large manor in Littleton, while others live one their own, but are nearby to each other, and will frequently visit ech other and do playthrough with each other. The list of Creatures are as followed

 

-James Wilson Jr. (Paragon Nova)

 

-Eddie Cardona Jr. (xXSlyFoxHoundXx)

 

-Nick (Sp00nerism)

 

-Steven (Ze Royal Viking)

 

-Max Gonzalez (GassyMexican)

 

-Jordan Mathewson (kootra)

 

-Dan Gidlow (Danz Newz)

 

-Seamus O'Doherty (SSoHPKC)

 

Each Creature combined would add up to a total of 3,409,117 subs (The most coming from from Nova).

 

Anyways, I put a poll at the top also to see who's the most popular Creature. This is more or less a thread for discussing about the Creatures

I can't pick! I like Nova,sly,sp00n (thought i don't think i'm subbed to him) and Seamus! I havn't watched the others though. But there tree house thing is funny! But at last... i can't pick who i like the most V_V

hehe, i wonder who gave you the idea to make this thread :3 *points at self* but back to the topic, I think I like seamus the most, mostly because of his recent Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes let's play. Which is my favorite LP of his.

Mah fav playthrough (Somwhat) from his is his GTA IV multiplayer vids. I also sorta watched his GTA IV campaign ones too.

 

Mah favorite playthrough from all of them though is the Saints Row: The Third series with Nova and Sp00n . That and xcal & DRJ's SR3 series drove me into buying the game .

 

I also gotta give honorable mentions to Nova and Sp00n's Bloody Trapland series. I always gasp in joy when I see a new Bloody Trapland vid in mah sub box

I should also mention that Sp00n is awesome 'cause he plays with the Great and Powerful xcalizorz (Mostly in his CoD live comms), who's really high up in mah favorite commentator list.

 

I don't exactly have much of an opinion on the other Creatures though . I don't watch Danz, Ze, Kootra, SlyFox, or Gassy at all (I mean by I don't go see the vids on their channels much), as usually Nova and/or Sp00n will do a playthrough with them, or a Nonsensical Series

I like how he jokes around in his GTA IV campaign series on how people in Europe drive. It's quite funny

Nova ended up running into Chilled Chaos in his Just Cause 2 series with Sp00n. Chilled is a former Creature who left after he decided he didn't like the idea of The Creatures becoming somewhat of a business more than a pleasure. He also had an argument with Nova (Hence the irony) a long time ago, so they didn't exactly get along all that well. Nova took his surprise cameo very well though, even though Chilled had NO idea that the dude he kept hijacking was Nova (Under the name DayQuil) . Let's not forget that EatMyDiction1 was with Chilled also

I also forgot about James' Binding of Isaac series. That series is fun for to watch for some reason. I guess seeing him try to stay alive but fail at some point makes me laugh

 

Argh! This needs revivng, even though it's been less than a month . Anyways, Nova has hit over 1,000,000 subscribers, but I'm sure anyone who knows about him knows this by now . Still, it's cool that he's the first Creature to hit this milestone.

I like all the creatures, but Sly and Nova are my favorites, mainly because James is so insane it's hilarious, and Eddie because he really cares for his fans and frequently asks for our (The Homies) input.

Ah, Bloody Trapland. These vids remid me why Sp00n and Nova are mah 2 favorite commentators out there (xcalizorz and Sp00n make a duo almost as good as Sp00n and Nova, though )

I'm surprised I didn't know there was a Creatures thread until now. Since the PewDiePie thread has been revived, I guess I'll do the same with the Creatures. Anyway, my favorite Creature is Kootra because I like the silly way he does things and all of his catchphrases (change your fate, what the brown,creature cats, etc.). Right now I'm following his Farcry 3 LP along with BO2 Zombies with Nova. I love it when he plays TF2 as well. After Kootra my favorite is probably either Nova or Danz.

 

The best moment ever in a Creature short was "You just hurt Petunia."

 

Also you might want to edit the list of Creatures in the first post since Max is no longer a Creature.

Nova by far would probably have to be my favorite. I find the other Creatures funniest if they're playing off of him, particularly Sly and Kootra. 

 

I've been watching them since they posted Sp00n's Minecraft "birthday party", so early 2011 (which is still my favorite Creature moment). Kootra eating the cake and Nova's failed suicide attempt just kills it. They're the only commentary group I've never gotten bored of, despite watching for so long. 

 

I've been also introducing my little brother to them and he's now addicted (to the Ex-Communicated Minecraft series, at least.) It's kind of nice to have something to talk about with him (Sly's his favorite, because he likes how he's such a troll, particularly to Nova.)
