I think the third season of FIM is bland aside from a handful of episodes. As such I don't view it more than just a transition season onto bigger and better things for the future when season four arrives. Thirteen episodes per season, as it turned out, is not a smart idea to implement when you're dealing with a big of a show such as Friendship is Magic with an equally large fanbase.

 

The myriad of breaks here and there in particular is also a peeve of mine. Fuck you, thirteen season experiment.

I personally think that the MLP fandom is extremely horrible at writing fan fictions. I personally think the MLP fandom is horrible at creating music. I personally think the MLP fandom overreacts to everything, and it annoys me. I personally think that MLP: FiM isn't worthy of deeming a mediocre show.

Since there seems to be a butthurt debate going on at the moment, I feel the need to express another unpopular belief of mine that I've actually stated multiple times before, but not in this thread:

 

Caring what others think/believe, and getting offended by those said things is probably one of the stupidest things someone can do. Unless that person is directly acting upon you, by, say, actually forcing someone to arrest you for something (in this given case in the thread, vegetarianism), then there is no need to care. If they are simply expressing what they believe, then they are not harming you. Anyone who gets "offended" is basically being a over dramatic fool who needs to do something better with themselves. Grow up and move on with yourself. Either debate like a civilised, understanding human being, or leave.

-I don't think talent exists, people are good at things because they work at them. Not because some sort of magical thing they are born with.

-The second season of My Little Pony was the best, the first season was okay, it had a few good episodes. Season 3 has sucked, and I think they should end the show before it's so bad that we all just want it put out of it's misery

-As much as I love Fluttershy, I think Applejack is the cutest character on the show

-I hate that the moment I told a few of my friends that I started playing world of tanks they think I'm a gamer. No, I play one game. Only when I'm bored. Not every single day. anyhoo, as for unpopular opinions, I really think that people should stop worrying if I accidentally get their gender wrong on the internet. This isn't locked to this forum as essentially evrywhere I go online I always run into some transexual person which is completely fine but, especially in this one skype chat I'm in, sometimes they want to be referred to as a boy and others as a girl and I just wish that there was a way for me to refer to somebody as an it without it coming out as rude because first of all who gives a damn what gender you are and two it would just make it easier for me personally to make less mistakes.

I dislike the headcanon that Discord is Screwball's father. Just. Any time it comes up in a story, Discord becomes really OOC and overprotective like she's suddenly the most important thing ever to him and. I dunno, I don't really get it. Also I really wish Doctor Whooves wasn't as popular as he is. I just can't get invested in the character because I'm not into Doctor Who.

- I find most Elvis Presley songs overrated, which is pretty ironic, considering how I absolutely love classic pop music ranging from the latter half of the 1950s to the mid 1970s.

- American Graffiti is George Lucas' best movie (I just love it slightly more than the original Star Wars trilogy)

- as much as I'm a huge fan of director Akira Kurosawa, Seven Samurai (which is often claimed to be his greatest masterpiece) is most likely my least favorite film of his.
