anyhoo, as for unpopular opinions, I really think that people should stop worrying if I accidentally get their gender wrong on the internet. This isn't locked to this forum as essentially evrywhere I go online I always run into some transexual person which is completely fine but, especially in this one skype chat I'm in, sometimes they want to be referred to as a boy and others as a girl and I just wish that there was a way for me to refer to somebody as an it without it coming out as rude because first of all who gives a damn what gender you are and two it would just make it easier for me personally to make less mistakes.

 

This sort of thing doesn't even happen in some other languages, yeah.

 

"They"? And then the plural of they can be "they all". just like "you" and "you all".

First off, the concept of kids having creatures fight for them is not exactly new.

Second, the first Digimon game was in production before the first pokemon game.

Third, the series aren't even similar beyond "Children with monsters".

 

Heck, outside the odd mon(Sparrowmon/The Lati@s twins- both based on jet planes), the monsters aren't even similar.

I might have posted some before but whatever here's more. some aren't entirely unpopular but whatever, fuck you...

 

-Racist/sexist jokes are hilarious, provided you mean no harm or actual maliciousness.

 

-Affirmative action has run it's course and is getting in the way of actual equality.

 

-Many feminists are actively seeking all the rights of men but none of the responsibilities...I've yet to see a feminist argue that women should be open to the draft.

 

-Conservatives tend to be more crazy/bible thumping/close-minded then most people, however I've met some reasonable ones.

 

-itunes and apple products are shit and force you to stick with their product by selling everything in MP4 format, that no one uses merely to screw you over. It's over-priced crap, and because I spent a good bit of money on MP4 music I can't get an android without shelling out more money or getting some stupid program to do so.

 

-I don't consider anyone under 16 a brony

 

-People who use the word "pandering" to refer to the show making simple shout outs to the fans or making the show more appealing to said fans should learn some appreciation and obtain a dictionary to find real examples of pandering.

 

-The new humanized pony spin-off sounds absolutely terrible, I cannot think of anyway they could pull off the spin-offs premise without making me and many others very mad...But I'll give it a shot I suppose.

Part 3:  Pony version

 

Trixie is a very good character who is very giving of herself.  She is a hero who stood up against a monster she knew she could not beat to save two very stupid ponies who deserved to get smashed by it.  She bought time for others like Twilight Sparkle to come in and help and is the true hero of Boast Busters

 

Applejack is the most well developed character in MLP

 

Ponyville should have built Trixie a new wagon for her losing it while trying to save ponyville from distruction caused by two of its citizens that they should have been keeping an eye on anyway.

 

Discord isn't that neat of a character

I don't care for John De'lance or Tara Strong and neither of them speak for me as a fan.

 

I'm against supporting Hasbro because they are an unethical company.  We don't owe them our money.  MLP is a product of all the people, not a corporation.  None of those corporate leaders came up with any of the ideas and they don't voice or draw any of it.

Yep, from the clips I've seen, too much of that "BronyDoc" must be just the fandom tooting it's own horn. It kind of makes me feel dirty that I seriously want to gain enough authority to cast John deLancie as the talking rat Ripred if Gregor the Overlander ever becomes a movie or TV show. Oh well, his voice is still perfect for Ripred. Yeah, The Underland Chronicles is like my favorite series of novels ever.

 

There's something kind of weird about Tara, even as someone who voices cartoon characters. Must be that screenshot of her stripey-sock leg up on a table in Twilight Sparkle "cosplay", or her cleavage that I notice in images and video of her making appearances. For passionate console gamer like myself, it's a shock to hear as fps's are such a standard in the world of gaming

Unpopular opinions? I think I may have a few of those lying around...

 

- With the exception of Portal 2, I don't think Valve has ever made a game that deserved more than 7/10. That's including Half-Life, Half-Life 2 and its subsequent episodes, Left 4 Dead, Portal and Team Fortress 2. (Though to be fair, TF2 didn't have much of a chance since I'm not particularly fond of online shooters anyway)

 

- I think miniskirts are incredibly hot, but that any woman who wears one in public is a dirty s**t and not worth my time. (Not even sure how I can justify that one, but hey)

 

- I think Brass Eye is the greatest TV show ever made.

 

- I don't like pizza. At all.

 

- If I was forced to either give up watching MLP or give up reading fanfiction, I'd stop watching the show.
