Lightning Dash 327 January 5, 2015 Share January 5, 2015 I agree on the whole 'Video gaming graphics don't really matter' thing because video games don't need realism in order for one to enjoy it. Some of the oldest games out there can be more enjoyable than these new titles. The whole point of a video game initially was to enjoy and pass the time with. Just take a look at Sonic 6 for example. I can go through the classic Sonic games a dozen times and I can enjoy playing through them each time. When it comes to these new Sonic games especially Sonic 6 (and you can probably tell I'm not much a fan of Sonic 6), I only play through it just to say I've done it then end up hiding the game at the back of the shelf. It's more graphical than the classics but seriously, it doesn't have much to keep me playing it. The main element of a video game is indeed the gameplay. If you're not enjoying the gameplay, you're not going to want to play the game all together, regardless of how good it looks. As for my official unpopular opinion; I honestly don't like the film, Frozen and I haven't even properly watched it yet nor do I intend to. I've seen clips all over and I've heard that 'Let it go' song way too much but I can tell, it's not the kind of Disney film I'd enjoy. I think because it's so overrated is what's put me off of it. If I recall there was even a Car break-down service advertisement or something that used this song in it. I have listened to 'Let it go' but I honestly think it's overrated beyond the scales. It's like Avatar all over again, which is another one that everyone seemed to like apart from myself. I guess we've all got our own tastes but Frozen, I'm tired of hearing about it and now I've got to put up with a friend in real life that keeps singing the damn song. Like, when people actually have a reason for preferring something old, I hate it when people are all "you're just nostalgia blinded!" And if people criticize me for being "nostalgia blinded," well... When I was growing up, I mainly just had a Gameboy Advance and my brother's 360. And as I've said before, the Gameboy Advance doesn't have that many great games that aren't SNES ports, and I'm not a fan of the 360, or any of the Xbox consoles at all. I mean, I'm not fond of Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic '06, Black Knight, Secret Rings or either of the Sonic Boom games, but I personally thought Sonic Adventure 1, Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, Sonic Colors, Sonic Generations and Sonic Lost World were actually great. I still can't see what's so great about Sunset Shimmer besides for her design. And even then, I wouldn't say her design is the greatest I've seen in the show. I mean, she looks nice, but she's not exactly in my "Top 10 Designs of the show." There are worse ponies than Diamond Tiara even though I still don't like her. Rarity and Applejack > Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy I still enjoy the Canterlot Wedding episodes, even though I thought Chrysalis and the changelings were a wasted opportunity.
