What about speed? Rainbow Dash will fly circles around her. And Twilight's magic? She'll render her useless with ranged attacks.

shy is a trained veterinarian we know this because she was administering medication to phillamena. Speed wouldnt matter in this fight Fluttershy would simply wait while the other ponies ignored her focusing on tougher targets. She would attack Twilight while she was busy battling somepony else and use her superior neck breaking power to finish twilight off easily. Rainbow dash grew up with Fluttershy so she wouldnt immediately attack right off the bat. Fluttershy is also world champion in the quiet game so she must posess extreme patience she would wait until RD was either injured by somepony else or if RD was lat one standing Fluttershy would use her shy girl act to act scared of RD and then while RD was distracted (she DOES have a short attention span.) Fluttershy would break her neck.

Also Fluttershy posses INCREDIBLE strength and I mean incredible. She was able to wave a bear around like it was a foam bat and was able to bust down two heavy wooden doors with her head. Fluttershy is so OP it aint even fair people just overlook it because she is so shy. Take away the shyness and she becomes a force to be reckoned with.

All right, let's see:

Twilight VS AJ : Twilight, she may not be as strong as AJ but magic gives Twilight a huge advantage by allowing teleportation and ranged magic attacks, among other tricks.

RD VS Pinkie and Discord VS Chrysalis: Pinkie would defeat RD and Discord would defeat Chrysalis simply because Pinkie and Discord have both frequently displayed a complete disregard to the known laws of the universe unlike their opponents.

Shy VS Rarity: Shy, Two things: A, The Stare, B, Rarity displays an unwillingness to sacrifice appearance, a crucial weakness in battle.

Twilight sparkle would win against any of the other mane 6 in a fair fight. Teleport into wall works very well against fast moving ponies. Teleport earth pony into the air is a win against earth ponies. Rainbow Dash would probably be the second strongest. The other 4 I really do not know -- I mean Applejack is strong. Fluttershy could have a virtual army of animals on her side. Pinky Pie is well Pinkie Pie. Rarity can be scary when pressed.
