Very difficult to get online. And then I have constant crashing, such as when I go to a new area it likes to crash. But I'm loving what I can!

I'm surprised no one has started a thread of this yet. Oh well, I guess I had to be the first...

Has anyone played this game yet? I think it has a lot of potential despite it's in alpha stage at the moment. For those who don't know, it's basically a pony MMORPG without canon names (OC NPCs, locations and stuff are self-made by the creators). When I gave it a go the first time, the locations were still named canonically (Canterlot, Ponyville etc.) but on my second visit they were renamed like Cantermore, Ponydale etc.

The game also has ingame chat but it's very buggy so I'd prefer to use Steam or Skype when in windowed mode. I hope they would fix it for the next time, if not completely, then at least partially.

The game is in 3D, which makes it fun to play. You can create your own pony, give her/him a name, cutie mark, race and all that. The game also features a combat system (which is far from complete now) hinting there will be fighting. I tried it out and it seemed fun.

Whenever a second open server weekend comes (they've restricted the access into the game on specific weekends) I hope you guys joined in and we could meet! I've gone by as Thunderblitz, some of you might've seen her! Picture.

There might be a thread, yes, but not named as LoE which is why I might not be aware. I just thought to start one since there's no thread specifically for LoE yet.

 

And yeah, the new Evershade Forest was boss. At first I was like "damn, how did they get inside the castle" and then I just found the way.

 

I remember I spent most of my time during the weekend assisting others to get inside the castle. Like being a guide or something,

WOO! I just randomly clicked on LoE's website and found out the announcement regarding them attending BABSCon! Furthermore, another Open Servers Weekend will be from April 18th to 20th!

I love the way they said it was couple of months ago last time, even though it hasn't even been 2 months yet.

 

But yeah, looking forward for this! We should form a big group somewhere and spend time.

Well, they've gone to lengths to make it just a pony thing, not necessarily an MLP thing. Hence the town name changes. They used to be taken straight from it.

Yep, I was at the last one with a couple friends.

Definatley a lot of potential and incredible work so far since everyone is a volunteer.

I even made my own spontaneous persona named emperor capslock

He was an extremely racist pegasus that only believed in the pegasus master race and only ever spoke in caps.

I used him a lot when I found people in the corners of the map intimately roleplaying ^^
