If I want to go somewhere really close I sometimes walk, but that’s not always the best alternative where I live. Also I can fly an airplane (light, single-engine prop), but usually that's for fun and not because I need to be somewhere other than the sky . Thuja 3,669 July 16, 2020 Share July 16, 2020 I typically walk to as many places as I can but I will ride the bus sometimes or take a taxi if I'm out past the time the buses close for whatever reason. Since I don't have my license or any money to even get a car and keep up with insurance, I'll either take the train somewhere or take a personal medical transport somewhere if it were to a doctor's office out of town. There's a service in my city where you can get transport from volunteers who'll take you to your out of town doctor's appointment or any necessary transport in town, sometimes they'll even take you to the grocery store.
