books Anime or Manga?

I prefer manga. As has been said, the manga is generally canon, while the anime adds things and takes away others. Also, depending on who animates it, they sometimes remove things for censorship reasons, which is annoying.

Also, most mangas are a lot further a lot than their animes, and when finding new series, I can read a lot faster than I can watch, so I catch up faster.
