Food in cartoons

Does anyone else feel that food in cartoons that we cannot possibly know the ingredients for looks like it tastes absolutely amazing like Krabby Patties or Zap Apple Jam?

I am sad that I can never actually taste a Krabby Patty. Though there is one episode (The Great Patty Caper) where they partially list off some ingredients and it wouldn't be good for a human to eat them probably but still, a Krabby Patty would be amazing.

Hahah. When I was little and my parents would make hamburgers for supper, they would refer to them as "Krabby Patties" to make us smile.

I wish I could have had a real one, too :(

You don't even really have to go with the made-up food. Pinkie's cupcakes look better than most real cupcakes I see.

...You know what they are made of right? *Blanch*

At times, I think my lego drumstick pieces is an actual drumstick

Mmm Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is tasty.

I guess it’s up to the creators of said cartoons to decide what a certain food tastes like :nom: .

A Krabby Patty has been made technically :ooh: . (The real life photo of it used often).

You can actually make pretty much anything or the equivalent.

For Zap Apple jam color apple jam and layer the colors in a jar.

Krabby Patty:

Personally I like butterbeer, slurm, and chimmy cherry changas.

Whenever I watch Detentionaire I can't help but get curious to try Green Apple Splat and see what it tastes like. It's the splattiest! :-P

Some of the cupcakes in MLP look really good too. :)

It takes all sorts to make a world
Short and tall sorts, large and small sorts
To fill this pretty planet with love and laughter
To make it great to live in tomorrow and the day after!

It might be. :muffins: Like the Krabby Patty, its formula is kept mostly under wraps. UNlike the Krabby Patty, we don't have MatPat making theory videos about what could go in there. :-P
