what do you think of my cartoon idea? (not my little pony but I need advice!)

One hundred years ago aliens came to earth and started a war with humans because they sought out their semi-advanced technology as a threat. The aliens wiped out the human race and captured the remaining life forms such as plants and animals. The animals and plants were mutated by the alien’s advanced technology and then some were brainwashed to work for the aliens. Afterwards, the plants and animals (some of them) regained their memories and fought with the aliens because they missed their human companions. The animals and plants were scared, thinking that they would not survive on their own without the human’s help. Though they did, now one hundred years later animals and plants live in spitefulness with aliens.

 

Zero is a froglike creature who doesn’t know that he’s an alien. He becomes friends with a disabled leopard gecko named Seymour. Seymour’s colony despises aliens but they don’t realize that Zero is an alien at first so they allow him into their colony, and for the longest time Zero and Seymour are best friends. Zero then finds out the truth of his planet and what happened and Seymour’s brother Rambo banishes Zero from the colony.

 

Now alone, Zero travels around the city. He wants to fight against the aliens for causing the entire mess in the first place. Though he realizes that fighting won’t ever help anything… Zero goes to a local pub that’s only for plants and animals but due to his animal-like appearance he is allowed in. There he meets Finley, a mutated raccoon creature whose family was killed by aliens. This makes Zero feel even worse. Zero then thinks; that he wants to declare war against him and the aliens (his own race) for making this happen- then eventually make peace within the world and possibly regain balance again.

So then Zero’s journey starts, he rushes back to Seymour’s colony and fights his way through to get to Seymour. He fights Rambo and then befriends Seymour again. The two interspecies then finally go together to defeat the alien overlords to regain balance within planet earth, hopefully aliens and earthlings can live together peacefully side by side.

 

While Zero and Seymour are searching for help they discover that the human race wasn’t totally destroyed. They were able to revive some using some old cells and actually ask some humans questions. Now the human zombies join forces with Zero and Seymour, but are kept in secret because they don’t want anyone to get too excited about the news of the human’s revival. Seymour actually revives his owner and they have some moments together. His owner is a little upset at first because of Zero but then gets over it.
