gaming DEAD SPACE 3

Ok, for those of u who dont know dead space is an action horror video game. its gory, bloody, and violent. and i love it. anyway, its the third instalment of the game and it is coming out in February 5, 2013. i was just curious to see how many bronys are exited for the game like i am.

Hmm, mixed emotions.

I quite liked the first game, it did have its rather scary moments, but I was fairly disappointed by the second.

I suppose I'll just borrow it off a friend. I can't say I'm excited, but I'll play it anyways.

Dead Space is an ok series. It's nothing AMAZING, but it's alright. I have pretty neutral feelings for the game. I'm not buying Dead Space 3 until it goes on sale, just as I have for every other game in the series. Dead Space isn't the type of game that I would pre-order or buy on launch.

 

Now BioShock on the other hand... That game is pretty awesome.

the trailer looks pretty good though.i think it wont be as scary as the first one but it will probebly have better gameplay.

I'm definitely looking forward to this game...I really enjoyed the first two games. I also heard the game is gonna have a co-op mode which should be cool.

I'm a BIG fan of the Dead Space series. I just love the story of it and the characters. Is it bad that I fell in love with it because of the weird disturbing aliens and the gore? I don't know about scary since I got used to it, kinda, but I will still get Dead Space 3.

If I do get it, it will solely be for the co-op. I can easily imagine watching my friend's face being eaten off and I'm just standing there admiring the scenery and wondering what gun I should use to maybe save him.

Okay I know this is a thread necromorph but i couldn't find any other Dead Space thread.

And since Dead Space 3 is out let us begin talking about Dead Space again.
So, anypony here own a copy?
Any comments or thoughts on the game? I have it on the PC and it's been rather fun. If anypony want's to play coop I'm up for it.

I love the Dead Space franchise. DS2 is my favorite game of this generation. The story has so many layers, man...

 

I'm excited about the story DLC set to release in March. It's titled "Awakening" and based off of the achievement list, is set AFTER the events of DS3.

 

If you didn't already know, the first letter of each chapter in DS3 spell out a message just like in DS1.

 

 

"BROTHER MOONS ARE AWAKE"

 

 

Uh-oh.

 

If you've finished DS3, you know the implications. Looks like the franchise is far from over.

Dead Space series isn't that scary compared to some of the other games out there. This may sound like a cliche, but I will obviously name Amnesia: The Dark Descent as a case. Having nothing to fight against monster while you hear all kinds of noises around you and see horrible things that you can't do a single sausage against is way more psychologically terrifying then being able to virtually kill everything that stands in your path.
