Kanto: Mew (More adorable than his lab created clone)

 

Johto: Lugia (I keep thinking back to his awesome theme in pokemon 2000.)

 

Hoenn: Kyogre (That thing was and remains to be a freaking beast!)

 

Sinnoh: Shaymin (I don't know, I kind of like the little fellow)

 

Unova: Rainbow Da- I mean Keldeo.

 

I never use ubers which is why most of my selections are in the overused tier. Lugia gets special treatment because of Pokemon 2000 and Kyogre has always been one of the most annoying ubers to fight. Since generation 3, teams based around Kyogre have been annoying me with the unlimited rain and rain-charged attacks.

Well I can't really list them by region. But here they are.

 

Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Victini. Though I really like Lugia to.

 

Mew it defenly my top favorite just becasue it is just so damn cute. That and it was the only pokemon I ever hacked out of the game.

Unova: tie between.. Meloetta, Cobalion, Verizion, Reshoram, Victini, thunderous, and Tornadus...

Well by region:

Kanto) Mewtwo, the most badass Pokemon ever

Johto) Ho-oh, Raikou(especially the event one with Aura Sphere)

Hoenn) Groudon and Kyogre(they're equal to me), Latios

Sinnoh) Palkia, Arceus, Heatran

Unova) Zekrom is the most awesome looking yet Reshiram is the overall better Pokemon, so they're equal to me as well. The Kami trio(Tornadus, Thundurus, Landorus) are also all excellent Pokemon even though they're copypastas of each other.

Overall I'd say Reshiram and Zekrom are my favorite legends.

Hoenn: Rayquaza (Got it to lv100 and then traded it. Worst mistake in my pokemon career) or perhaps Deoxys

Unova: Victini (is it classed as a legendary? It's an event pokemon)

 

Overall: Zapdos, because I remember it taking me days to catch and I was so pleased when I did.

Kanto - Zapdos. It looks cool, and its Electric type, so it is cool I just like it!

Johto - Lugia. Silver was my first Pokemon game, and my most favorite. I like Lugia more than Ho-Oh, and I like its intro in SoulSilver better than Ho-Oh's. I think Celebi is cool, but don't like it as much...

Hoenn - This was hard, but I'll say Latios. i like both eon Pokemon, but Latios slightly more.

Sinnoh - ahem. Clearly Shaymin, but I like it in is Sky forme more than Land forme, but it is my favorite.

Unova - If you count it as legendary, then Keldeo, but if not, then Victini.

Kanto: Articuno

Johto: Lugia

Hoenn: Rayquaza, baby!

Kanto: Zapdos (Can't deny it, this bird is the first legendary I ever fought, and to this day remains easily the most badass of the bunch, also I dislike mew and mewtwo)

 

Johto: Ho-Oh (Screw Lugia, Ho-oh is where it's at)

 

Hoenn: Regice(Very difficult for me to choose, Hoenn had the best. Kyogre is awesome, Groudon as well. Not to mention the other 2 regis, but Regice is just too adorable to deny)

 

Sinnoh:Dialga(Only cool sinnoh legend IMO)

 

Unova: Reshiram (Not a hard choice at all, he's cooler than Zekrom IMO, and the rest of the legends look meh)
