To me, as of today Winter Wrap Up is definitely favourite. But I haven't heard all the songs from the show yet  Overall I love that episode a lot ;-; so I am very biased here

My favorite has always been apples to the core. 
I've always thought the song has that "hits home" feeling about all the good and challenging things the apple family 
has gone through. And yet these challenges, they stick together like caramel on a candy apple 

Bonus Favorite is Open Up Your Eyes from the MLP Movie.
I'm a sucker for epic orchestra's and melodic singing. The composition paired with Emily Blunt's vocal performance is amazing. 
Plus The song has a great theme detailing the struggles Tempest Went through from losing everything and wanting to seek revenge.

"Luna's Future" is my absolute favorite song in the entire series' run. The only thing I dislike about it is how short it is. After that is "Open Up Your Eyes". The Dazzlings' part in "Welcome to the Show" is also awesome.

Here is a short version I did very close to the original version of  "Lunas Future" some years ago.

Added some instruments and made the vocal track more interesting.
