Nolan movie Bane is such a brilliant villain. A total beast, but so intelligent too. Everything about the way he is presented (apart from the end :okiedokielokie: ) is perfect (loved the way Nolan shot him in that plane scene where he comes down like an ape from the trees!). One of the few decent movie villains in recent years, imo. Oh, and the fact that he sounds like an evil German Sean Connery only makes it better.

For me, i gotta say The Joker or Bane b/c those two are just fantastic villains.

Two face. Seriously, this character has to be the most logically stern, uncompromising and cool-headed of the batman villains, ever. He'll have non of those pesky emotions getting in the way of his decision-making process! He just flips a coin and acts with prejudice. Genius.

I like the conflict the coin flipping represents between his old self and his evil side, it seems like a sort of internal protection to keep his mind from shattering. We clearly see this in play in the Two Face two parter in Batman the Animated series when Batman stopped him from being able to flip his coin which caused him to have a psychotic episode that prevented him from acting any further.

I'd have to say The Riddler.  I always liked his episodes of The Animated Series, and I enjoyed outsmarting him in all of the Arkham games as well.  I really need to read more comics so I can see him in action more.
