Can you make the tournament so that if someone votes for a fan, they have to give 1-3 reasons for why he/she is superior in fan-ness over the others? I'm fine if people nominate Spazzy or someone else with a good reason, but if they only nominate the other fans because they knew them longer or better or because they're friends, it's blatant favoritism and I wouldn't really appreciate that.
