Describe the best day of your life. It can be anything from an exciting event to an ordinary day that you find memorable.

 

Mine was probably November 10th 2012. My birthday was November 8th, and my gift was

 

GOING TO LAS VEGAS TO SEE GUNS N' ROSES IN CONCERT AT THE HARD ROCK HOTEL!

 

I woke up in the morning and got ready early, because it was also the premier of MLP:FiM Season 3 Episode 1: The Crystal Empire. I watched the 2-part episode marking the beginning of the season, ate breakfast, and we left for Vegas.

 

On the drive there, we listened to the entire "Appetite For Destruction" album, as well as other classic rock.

 

When we arrived at the Hard Rock, my first thought was "I never want to leave!"

 

The walls were lined with items belonging to musicians. They had clothing belonging to musicians like Pearl Jam, Slipknot, and The Beatles, and guitars hung on the walls that belonged to bands like Megadeth and ACϟDC. There was rock playing at all times, with bands such as Boston, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin.

 

We unpacked our bags and took a short nap. Then, we went out to explore Vegas.

 

When we got back, we relaxed for a bit before the concert.

 

My stepfather wasn't going to go to the concert, he was going to gamble. While getting a coffee, he ran into Richard Fortus, the current rhythm guitarist of Guns and Roses.

 

We'd tried to get the tickets a few times before, but the tickets weren't there. To compensate for the additional waiting, they gave us a line pass. We went in, and the place was almost empty.

 

We were in the second row, standing. We were so close to the front that we saw DJ Ashba give the guy in front of us his guitar pick.

 

We waited for about an hour. Then, the opening act stepped on stage. The Devil's Rejects rocked the place with Metal. They were kind of a mix of Mötley Crüe and Anthrax.

 

Then, after an hour of The Devil's Rejects, we waited a bit more. For the last twenty minutes, some guys started chanting "GUNS N' ROSES!" and everyone joined in. A curtain rose, and behind it was a screen. The screen lit up with "G N' R" on it. The opening riff of "Chinese Democracy" boomed through the room, followed by "Welcome To The Jungle"

 

The band rocked the Joint with every song from the "Appetite For Destruction" and "Chinese Democracy" albums. From "It's So Easy" and "Out Ta Get Me" to "This I Love" and "Shackler's Revenge"

 

Guns N' Roses also played some of their more popular songs from the "Use Your Illusion" and "G N' R Lies" albums, such as "November Rain," "Civil War," and "Patience." They also played a cover of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick In The Wall Part 2," and then They finished off with "Paradise City."

 

Not only that, but it was also DJ Ashba's birthday!

 

Needless to say, it was fucking amazing. Five hours of pure, concentrated rock. \m/(>.<)\m/

Best day of my life eh? Unfortunately most of my life hasn't been so happy.

 

I suppose there were a few great moments. The time my dad agreed to stop drinking filled me with pure happiness. That was crushed soon after though. :/

 

The day I discovered the wonders of the internet for sure. The internet is more of a home to me now than anything.

Hmm.. the best day of my life? I feel like it has yet to come. Now the best day of my life so far was something like this:
(i can't remember now so much pressure!)
 I was rolling around town with my friends hooting and hollering out the car. We then headed towards the mountains and started hiking. we had a blast breaking sticks and making loud but funny noises. we spent the hours messing around. and later had dinner at a local restaurant.

Of course there was another time where i went to go see The Blue Oyster Cult concert live but i forget how it went.

Honestly, I haven't lived long enough to experience true happiness. I have other concerns, and what I have in life right now makes me happy. What would truly be the best day of your live? A super-awesome experience? A life-changing moment? I haven't had any of those. Maybe losing my virginity might be the best day of my life, because I really wouldn't know

While im only 18, I have to say the best day of my life so far has been when I...um...actually, I don't really know. 

 

There have been plenty of fun times in my life, but for the life of my I can't remember. The best thing that has happened to me recently though is turning 18, and having the freedom to do as I please - for twice the cost :3 

I still haven't done anything with that freedom mind you, i'm just...glad to have it?

I'd say the 'best' or 'happiest' day of my life so far was when my mom bought me a Nintendo GameCube, back when I was like 9 or so years old. I used to play SSBM non-stop, and eventually got more games and stuff.

Probably.....I dunno. Sometime over the Summer of 12. I had swum. Or swam. Same thing. Then I came home. All my favorite youtubers had uploaded, and I stayed up all night and watched anime. I also played some videogames of some sort. It was a fun time. I think the anime I watched was Angel Beats. Or maybe Haruhi Suzumiya, I dunno.

I don't believe in bad days or worst days because they are archaic ways of understanding life and the world.

I don't really think I've had a best day of my life, as much as I've had a best week of my life.

 

Probably the best week of my life was this summer in I believe July, when me and my friend went to this somewhat-secluded summercamp up in Wisconsin. (We both live in Indiana.) It was such a fun week, and we're hopefully going back this year.

The word "best" is quite a broad term. There are many different days of my life which I would count as vastly superior to other days, so I guess I'll go with the most life-changing day - when I got a letter of acceptance to a really amazing secondary school. I still go there now, and it really has turned my life for the better. If I had never been accepted, I'm sure I would be a much less happy person than I am now.

The best and worst day of my life is exactly the same.  My first sleepover spent with friends.  Getting ready for it was the happiest I'd ever been, and then it ruined my life for a couple years.

The day I found out I had Diabetes. Mostly because if I hadn't found out at that point I'd be dead right now. So I suppose that was the best day of my life.

This is one of those topics that I usually draw a mental blank on. But I do have something that might count, I have the natural ability to experience euphoria without doing anything. Pretty much anything can be enhanced with that feeling, even if you are doing absolutely nothing. Though if I had to pick any day in particular, then it would probably be July 3rd 2010.

The sad thing is I remember the worst day of my life like it was yesterday but have trouble remembering the best day of my life. I have had a lot of good days don't get me wrong but for some reason I just draw a blank on this.

I have had many best days in my life so far, I'll list them for you:

 

December 2007: I finally received my black belt from tae-kwon-do. I had to go through a rigorous 6 month training regimen and had to meet very strict prerequisites. For one, my Grandmaster held an anatomy class every Monday evenings that I had to attend, and at the very end we had to take a test based on his lectures. I remember having to write 6 essays in a span of 4 hours (I still remember the hand cramps that I got after the test). On top of the test, I also had to pass a physical test (50 push ups and sit-ups, 5 pull ups, and 6 miles), as well as maintain a minimum 3.8 GPA in school. Let's just say, that I was soooooo happy, when I was standing up on the podium with my new black belt on because I knew that I deserved it after all of my hard work and determination  . 

 

August 2009: I had my final piano recital before I graduated from piano school. My teacher let us pick the song that we wanted to play, so naturally I challenged myself by picking the hardest song I knew at the time, Fantasie Impromptu by Chopin. I just remember all of the struggling I went through when learning that song. It was the most difficult song that I learned so far, and I was so proud when I mastered it, and didn't make a mistake when I performed on that fateful day. I will never forget all the hard work that I put into that piece finally paying off  .

 

Sunday April 15, 2012: This was the day that I finally declared myself a Brony. I will never forget that moment of realization. I was at first ashamed and wouldn't know how my family would react. They were skeptical at first, but now embrace my love for the show. Needless to say, once I discovered MLP in my life, the rest is history  .

Much like EarthBendingProdigy, I find it easier to recall the worst day of my life than the best but I guess it would be days, namely the last holidays I spent with my father in the summer of 2011, travelling around in our car and camping and all that. Nothing too special for you but it is for me.

Well it's not necessarily a single best, but more like a compilation of multiple events. Those events would be going to Seattle Sounders FC soccer matches. The thrill of the match and the fact that I'm watching my favorite team live is awesome. Plus the fans make going to those matches pure ecstasy. Now that I think about it it's probably not my single favorite thing ever, but it's tied with a lot of different thing.

To be honest, my life isn't all that exciting, so there's not too much for me to say here... I think I have a couple of best days, actually. d:

One would be graduating from primary school last year. It was a really bittersweet thing for me; all of my and my friends accomplishments would be shown off to the school, we'd have a school disco that night, the whole thing would be fun, but it was also the last day I'd be going to school with my friends, which was a huge deal. Especially with me and my bestie, who I'd been besties with since the first grade. We weren't going to see each other much anymore, because all my friends were going to the same high school, and I was moving to one far from where they lived. It was sad, but also a great day and an awesome night. I won a few awards and so did my friends. And, we danced our butts off at the dance in front of everyone at night. I didn't care what my school thought of me, I was going anyway.

I've had good days where things like a game I wanted finally came out and such. I try to make everyday a relatively enjoyable one as much as I can.

The best day of my life was when I got my drivers license. I had been looking forward to it all my life and finally getting it was like a dream come true the day was 14th of March 2011. The first thing I did was jump outside and drive off. The best day in my life so far.
