Star followed Light over to Snow. "H-Hi Snow." She said, quietly. She glanced around the room and noticed the dark blue unicorn from before talking to Moonstruck. *I wonder if he's read her book too...* She thought, tilting her head to one side. *Hmm* She thought.

Snow didnt say hi back to Star but instead glared at her. She then felt something bump her said and she turned to see her brother was telling her not start anything. Snow didnt look back at star and went on her way to the hot springs.

Light gave Star a worried look as he followed Snow.

Star's eyes widened slightly at Snows angry look. *Did...Did I do something wrong ?* She asked herself, looking down at the ground as they walked towards the springs. *I kinda thought we were friends.* She looked up and almost bumped into Light for the second time, but she quickly stopped herself before anypony noticed.

Moonstruck looked back up, and swept her mane out of her face. She gazed at the unicorn unblinkingly, then pointed a hoof at a reddish mare at the punch bowl without even looking to make sure there was actually somepony there. "That'd be her," she informed him. "I've been meaning to talk to her, too, actually. Want me to get her to come over here?"

He blushed a bit more.

"Um... Yes please. That'd be very nice. Thanks."

He found a chair and sat down carefully in it. He didn't know anyone here, not even the host really. But nevertheless, he was here, and he would have to make a few friends before he left. He wondered who that purple mare was, the one who was dancing.

"I'll bet she's taken, though, unfortunately..."

Magpie had completely blanked out he was snapped back into reality by the glistening of the punch. So, he decided to walk over and grab a glass. He poured himself a glass of the glistening red liquid and found it to be one of the greatest drinks he had in quite some time. As he looked around the room he tried to look for a lonesome pony to talk to.

Snow made it to the hot spring and stepped in feeling the warmth of the water seep into her coat. She sat at one end of the spring and saw Light sit across from her and she caught his eye. She was now glaring at him instead of paying attention to the mare he so adored. "So, anything new?" Snow asked obviously referring to Star.

 

Light just stared at her for a second, "No, nothing new. Why?" Light waited for Star to join them in the spring.

Star was beginning to feel that awkward feeling returning as she stepped into the springs. She let out a small sigh as the hot water seeped into her coat and feathers. She spread her wings and sunk into the water a little more, almost forgetting about how awkward she was beginning to feel...almost.

Moonstruck nodded, and levitated a few mouthfuls of punch out of the cup. She closed her eyes, and the punch shifted from a red liquid to a light blue powdery substance. Smiling, Moonstruck blew at it, and it scattered, reforming in a three dimensional arrow right in front of their host, pointing towards where Moonstruck and Nightfall sat.

Star was beginning to feel that awkward feeling returning as she stepped into the springs. She let out a small sigh as the hot water seeped into her coat and feathers. She spread her wings and sunk into the water a little more, almost forgetting about how awkward she was beginning to feel...almost.

Snow raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? No new friends?" She asked with a scowl on her face and gestured to Star.

Light didnt reply to that question but instead sunk into the water and let his body relax. He felt his muscles relax which felt really good. "Hey Star, have you ever had a wing massage before?"

Snows mouth dropped at that question.

Snow raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? No new friends?" She asked with a scowl on her face and gestured to Star.

Light smiled, "They feel amazing, especially if you hit the most sensitive areas. Right Snow?"

Snow rolled her eyes and replied in a sarcastic tone, "Oh yeah, reall good." *Cant believe he's actually doing this to me. Time to go find someone to piss him off with.* with that last thought Snow stood up and got out of the spring. "Well im going to go walk around. You two have fun." Snow trotted off to a diferent part of the cave.

 

Light watched intuitively as Snow went on her own. "So..."

Rockshire nearly spat her punch out of her mouth when part of the punch floated out of the bowl. Once the cartoon-styled arrow formed in front of her, she already went to assumptions.

 

That magic... It can't be from...

 

She walked over to where the arrow was pointing, and immediately ran over to hug Moonstruck. "Moonstruck! I'm so glad you came!", she said, ignoring the fact that Nightfall was next to both of them.

Moonstruck hugged Rockshire back, looking mildly pleased. "Of course I came. I've never been asked to come to a party in a cave before." She withdrew from the hug after a moment, and looked around again, smiling serenely. "I really like what you've done with the place."

"Thanks! It wasn't exactly easy trying to get all of these decorations up. And well, how do you think I make my rock sculptures?", Rockshire asked, giggling a little. "I actually was planning this party for a while, but there were so many rocks... So, I cleared some out by making the sculptures!"

Light sighed, "Shes been through a lot plus it dosnt really help with the fact that im starting to like you." He said looking down at the water. "I think it has more to do with me being so protective of her and not wanting to see her get hurt again." He let his wind flare out slightly so they could get warmer.

Moonstruck attempted to take a few deep breaths, but these were consistently interrupted with slight giggles. After the giggles subsided, Moonstruck said, still smiling, "There's a colt over there who really seemed to want to talk to you. I don't know his name, but he seems a little embarrassed." Her tail flicked towards Nightfall.

Light sighed, "Shes been through a lot plus it dosnt really help with the fact that im starting to like you." He said looking down at the water. "I think it has more to do with me being so protective of her and not wanting to see her get hurt again." He let his wind flare out slightly so they could get warmer.

Slide groaned. He gave up. He walked over to the punch bowl, not sure how tipsy the ponies around were, and then began to talk to a black and white pegasus. "So, are you enjoying the party?" Slide asking, trying to socialize. 'So far, everypony has eithe rignored me or ran away in awkwardness!' He thought.

Rockshire looked over to the pony Moonstruck was motioning to, and once her eyes set on him, they began to shrink. ((Her reaction is just like my avi. xD)) She recognized him..

Light nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah you're probably right. I think i need some time to relax as well." While he was talking Light inched his way closer and closer to Star without really realizing it. When he did notice he began to blush. "Uhh, oh, sorry." He moved over a bit to give Star more room.

Star blushed slightly. "Its alright...I...I kinda." Her blush got slightly worse as she shuffled a little closer to Light. She smiled rather shyly and looked into his eyes. "Before...You said you kinda liked me...Well...I kinda like you back." She said, looking down into the water.

Light lifted Stars face to look at him and he moved her mane out of the way to look into her eyes. *What now? What do i do?* he furiously thought to himself.

Scarlet Crunch spotted Slide Grease approach another pony and she rolled her eyes at his constant movement, and it was tiring not doing anything, especially for her, so she moved neared the music playing thing and selected a random song she knew, called, Hayphone. She stood nearby and hummed along to the tune.
