Topic is pretty simple, and I haven't seen any threads like this.

The scariest moment for me is being home alone, taking a shower when the power goes out. T_T

I would say being through a couple of earthquakes, but to be honest, they didn't really scare me.

Hmm, no encounters with wild animals, never been in a car crash, planes scare me a little sometimes but never too much.

Id say the times i've been most scared is when I think that I've lost my cellphone or something, only to realize that someone else has it

The scariest moment I can remember was when I woke up in a pitch black room. I panicked, I knew it wasn't my bedroom and I was trying to remember what may have led me there.

Then I remembered my family was on vacation, needless to say I felt very silly. :P

When I was a kid I was in my room reading something at about 7 o' clock. (It was already dark outside.) I looked at my window and saw a weird grey face that looked like an alien from a sci fi movie or something. Scared the bejeezus out of me.

My parents kept reassuring me that it was just a reflection but that didn't stop me from from curling up in a ball at night waiting for the moment that an alien was going to grab me and take me to his spaceship and rip out my organs.

Making the silly mistake of stepping out into the road. A couple of idiot's in a red Ford of some kind sped at me at something like 60mph and if my freind haddent of grabbed me by the collar and pulled me back I probaly would have been seriously injured.

And, as they drove past, they had the ordacity to shout insults at the 13 year old boy they just nearly killed.

*sigh*

Just finished watching Final Destination 3, just after midnight. The power went down.

I'd like to thank the MLP Vector Club for the images used in my avatar.

Known as "Princess Mi Amore Cadenza", "Trixie the Great", "Tom" and "Tomzoid the EggDroid".

Probably when I was seven years old and I went swimming in a lake. I had not accounted for how deep the water was, and thinking it was shallow, I dived in. I then realized I was in way over my head, and couldn't swim very well. I was uncertain of what might happen-then my father jumped in the water and saved my life.

I'll never forget that.

I was drowning once, and then later saw a kid drown if that counts.

Or another time I had just passed the corner and a car flew around on the turn, lost control and slammed into the stop sign at at least 40 miles per hour, had I been there a few seconds ago I probably would've died. Not to mention whoever it was drove off.

Or the time a few years ago, maybe I was like eight, I was playing a game and I heard my dad come home and it was like 6am so I hid in the basement, and he came down and sat at the computer and I was sitting perfectly still literally not a few feet away for like three hours.

I almost fell off a cliff or something once, but I can't remember what happened.

I have a ton of stuff to say.

Every single time one of my close friends go through a depression.

I can't do a single thing for them, and I am scared for their very lives.

I go through the same stuff with one friend of mine, but I'm usually good at dragging them out of depression. No matter if they yell/curse at me, or run off crying, I still believe I can drag them out. Although, any time I don't see them online for longer than 3 days, I do worry (if they haven't said that they're going on a vacation or something).

When I was sleepwalking a long time ago in the middle of the night, I walked outside all the way to the sidewalk, but my dad stopped me and asked me what I was doing.

I said, "I saw mom walk across the street, so I'm looking for her."

Then my mom came out and said, "I'm right here honey."

Then I woke up, and I was wondering what the hell I was doing out here.

I could have walked into the street and possibly have been killed, but thank Celestia that didn't happen.

When I repelled down a cliff when I as 10 (I think. Maybe younger). My church group went on a trip to a mountain, and everyone was repelling down some cliffs. I'm afraid of heights. The first time, I chickened out, but a couple of days latter, I tried again and conquered my fear.

I could name 2, first when I was 5, my mom got into a bad car accident because a lady didn't stop at a red light and was speeding. She totaled our car, and not only screamed at my mom, accusing her of going through a red light, but started screaming at me and then started throwing things at me before police came. My mom admited fault, but the other lady didn't, so she got away with it. That was my first really nasty encounter with somebody, and to this day I'm afraid of getting into an accident.

Second was in 2008 when I was an intern in a large company's IT Dept. I was in the elevator with a computer to be taken to a new hire. There was a nasty storm outside, and the power went out. The worst was immediately after though, when I felt the elevator falling. Slowly, but falling. Finally, it "bounced," and stopped moving. After the power came back on, I found out I was in the basement, and no longer on the 1st floor.. Nobody could explain what happened. I ended up carrying all the computer thngs up the stairs by hand. Now I'm deathly afraid of elevators.

Oh dear god I'm so sorry to hear that...that's just...no really I dunno what to say, I wanna hug you or something.

When i was around 8 or so, there was a helicopter ride at an event for special kids. Being a kid, helicopters are awesome. I was waiting in the queue for it, until this guy talks to me from behind in the queue.

He was a guy in a brown coat, and he said:

"Having a good day?"

I said that I was and that this was gonna be awesome. I didn't turn around for some reason, like, I dunno why, I didn't wanna look at this guy. But then he tells me:

"Be careful, it's not your time yet."

Then I dunno where he went. Just as I was about to get on this helicopter however, apparently there was a mix-up in the queue rota and the kid after me went instead.

The helicopter crashed on that flight, with the kid inside. He died. The papers even slipped up and mentioned my name as the victim. I dunno what happened, but I swear to Luna that this is the truth. My parents were there too and they know it all too...but they don't remember that guy I talked to for some reason.

I'm not very religious but that kinda stuff really does a bender on your head. Now I'm afraid of helicopters, going near them that is.

There was also the time my house was illegally raided by corrupt police officers, three times in one year. And the entire problem we had with this one police force because they had a HUGE vendetta against my dad and they took it out on us. The worst part, or maybe the best part, is that I literally can't remember anything that happened in the year of 1998. My memory just entirely blocked it out.

So...yeah, now I also can't trust the police ever again. I don't HATE the police, I've tried not to, I just can't trust them ever again.
