Luckily, we haven't killed Scootacool and cooked him into a muffin... Yet... Perhaps we can call him and use him as an alarm clock... Roosters are notorious for being alarm clocks. Besides, if you drop a Scootacool, it will make a low-pitched squeak that's surprisingly loud.

 

(But in all seriousness, alarm clocks shouldn't be THAT expensive.)
