Oh I dont mean comics and manga and that are dead. I mean the printed medium as a whole. newspapers, books magazines. Everything is going electronic.

Anything that hasn't become an ebook is most likely not pirated at all. There's few ways to do it and they involve more work than anyone would be willing to go through.

I agree, but it's sad. I love books, and ebooks just aren't the same thing to me. I love bookshelves and the feel of an actual book in my hand, and the smell of a really old book. I can understand why ebooks would start getting popular, but I'll probably always buy physical books.

Books are valuable decorations and it's sad to see them going out of style. I don't care one way or the other: physical books are pretty awesome, but so are e-books. But the interior decorator in me resents the fact that bookshelves may or may not be practical things to decorate with a few decades down the line.

I knowwwwwwww, it's so weird for ♏e of all people to be into decorating. But oh my God I obsess over decorating. It's a somewhat unhealthy and very uncharacteristic fixation.

I grew up reading books and comics on a computer (literal computer screen, not an e-reader), so for me reading them on paper feels very strange. Especially for manga, I can't stand reading it on paper.
