Honestly, I don't feel like I have enough information to make a decent guess.  But, @'s post seems to revealed some more.  It is indeed something you can purchase from a store.  Based on previous posts, it's exactly what everyone was thinking in that it's some sort of s3x toy.  Kinda going on a limb, but I felt I should reply to this post instead of sitting there ignoring it like I have for the past hour.
