I get so aggravated when I think about all the things I want to do but can't. I want to write comics, but I can't draw, and I have no backbone to go out and ask people or any money to pay an artist if I ever work up the courage. I want to make this video game I just had an idea for, but it's even worse because that requires an artist and a coder. The only people who can get things down are the people who do things themselves or are good friends with people who do things. I don't anyone, yet my childish optimism won't allow me to give up. It really stinks like hell. Do you know anyone who can code a 2D sidescrolling game? It's more of a 2D adventure game than an arcade shooter; it's kind of like Metroid. I have this mysterious world in my head with so much potential, and it's driving me crazy that I can't just materialize this game in front of me. If you're interested in hearing a bit about it, I'll describe it.

awesome, it's a really great place to hang out (although, the downside is that the posts from here don't count apparently... for instance, the forums say that I have less than 100 posts, yet, only in the GCT, I've made at least 1000 XD)

Yeah that kinda sucks, eqf had this thing called a 'bit count' and every post even in a spam thread like a chat thread counted toward it. However bits really didn't do much other than show off your power level. If you know what I mean

 

Apparently something happens here after 40 posts which won't take me long to get to via the other boards even though I plan to spend 90% of my time here because I came here to chat to bronies more than talk about the show. On the upside It says I have 61 profile views and there was no profile view counter on eqf, and to me 61 is high I only joined like last night or something. Well I gotta go catch y'all later.

I actually came here from Ponyville.net. The site lags like hell, loads really slowly and over half the installed userbase doesn't like ponies anymore (they all have anime avatars now, bleh.) I find it funny how the site is still billed as a MLP community when there's barely any pony discussion anymore, half the fucking userbase has anime avatars and this userbase looks down upon bronies.
