Amen to that bro. Amen to that. He along with Spyro are my childhood game heroes, along Tony Hawk games and Gran Turismo games. And to this day, gimme any of the games from those series and I'm SURE I'll play right away!

That Spyro typo . Anyway, I played all Spyro games from PS1 and PS2. I don't know what 3xtreme is, but I do like the NFS series a lot, tuning aside (I actually like tuning the parts itself. It makes me go all "MUST MAKE CAR FASTER!" and "MUST MAKE CAR COOL!" or something like that : But trust me, the original NFS I DID enjoy a LOT. In fact, Rarity could play of those tuning games don't you think . Either that or be horrified ).

the Spyro games were pretty cool. i played all the 3 original ones on the PSX, though i only completed the 3rd one for some reason. same with Crash Bandicoot, though i only recently, as in, some year ago, got the 2nd game for the PSX. i've never played the first one yet. my childhood favorite games must have been Quake II, Unreal, classic doom trilogy, Worms Armageddon, Hogs of War, and FF games, especially the 8th one. oh god, i love the 8th one so much.

I never played the first Crash (I'm ashamed of myself, but I'll download it for the ps3 and play it ), oh man, you don't know what you missed, it's a racing game, in where you use either bikes, skates or skateboards, and you can hit your opponents XD, that game is hella fun!

and I dunno, I don't think miss Rarity would like a racing game, but she would like the customization part though!

I never played any of the Crash games, and only played a bit of one of the Spyro games. Didn't really have a PS1 growing up. Favorite games for the platform would be Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee (and Exoddus), FFVII, Castlevania: SOTN, and probably others I'm forgetting.

 

However, I've played many more PS2 games. KH 1 and 2, Ys AoN, DQVIII, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank... definitely the best platform of that generation IMO.

Eh, people have a LOT of trouble of seeing their franchised changed so much, when Sierra took charge of both Spyro AND Crash. But I think it's probably because of the change from platform to adventure (and in Spyro's case, less funny more drama). i personally loved all games from them. I don't hate a single one one of them. But yeah, the first Crash is great, and probably the most difficult one, especially to complete it totally (Cortex Power level... ). Also, interesting game...and yeah, the NFS thing was for the tuning rather than racing (unless she got mad her beautiful care got hit...then...IT. IS. ON! ).

That's sad (I totally recommend getting one, or at least an emulator. Trust me, it's worth it. Esepecially with other FF games, the Crash ones, the Spyro ones etc, etc.). And on the PS2, KH friggin ROCKS! (I am sad to say however, I've never been able to play Jak and Daxter or Ratchet and Clank )

8 just holds so much nostalgia for me. the battle system might be a bit iffy, yes, but i just love the music, atmosphere, characters, mini games, etc., of it. card game is best mini game ever.
