Bear with me as I draw using only words:

 

A mare with standard anatomy. Light-blue in colour with either a dark-blue mane/tail or a white mane with blue streaks. Eye colour of being aquamarine. Could either be a pegasus or an earth pony; If the former, then she'd be able to use her wings as underwater propellers for scuba diving.

 

Cutie Mark of a coastline or oceanic waves. Unintended side-talent would be to make everypony else have to pee because of how much she talks about water.
