When I was little I played Webkinz, and I was on a forum for it, and like 90% of users had Twilight somewhere in their signature or avatar. I didn't even know what it was, and never read it because it sounded too... weird. In the bad way, not the good way.

The main protagonist can be said as a 'blank paper' where readers can put themselves in (A brony, or a lonely teenager girl), then the author play along with the readers' imagination

 

MLD is popular because lots of bronies want to have their own pony

 

Twilight Saga is popular because lots of tween girls want to have some kind of shiny knight guarding them

No no no, I'm one of the guys who's involved with modding Simcity 4, as I've told you guys multiple times before. It's just that trying to come up with some means of organisation can be confusing, and my previous triumph (which led to the now-accepted Periodic Table of RHW RI's) may be flawed.

 

And if Celestia were in my home,... We'd probably chat it up in the most casual manner possible.

First, I'd wonder if what I had just drunk was spiked.

Second, I'd wonder what she is doing in my house.

Third, I'd celebrate upon realising that my drink wasn't spiked and that MLP characters had managed to make it into our world.

The only thing attacking Celestia would get me is a lifetime on Earth's moon, which doesn't work the same way as Equestria's moon.

 

It likely wouldn't be a 'My Little Dashie' type thing. It's more likely to be a sitcom.
