well, TQBF is different from a lot of speedcore due to the fact that it's not so much stylistically reminiscent to Komprex, Noisekick, or DOA, but more of the japanese style of it, more notably an artist called m1dy, which takes speedcore in a lighter manner than his western pals do. so as a result, TQBF's speedcore isn't filled with oh so macho-mucho shit in it, but it's a lot more fun to listen to, imo. (ps if you have bought The Quick Brown Fox album under the vulpvibe album plz send)

 

as for pure hardcore, yes, he DID have an alias under it, called Azrael. but he's retired now as he didn't find it enjoyable to produce gabber and such anymore.

I quite like it being happier. Its fitting for such a fast paced genre.

I have not bought it. I may only get a few songs from there since its still not something I'd listen to that much.

 

And okies. I'll look around his page for that one.

It may just be coincidental, but from my memories, I usually think of hardstyle as having an actual bassline, whereas jumpstyle just has a big ol' kick. :v

jumpstyle and hardfstyle are generally similar, but do have key differences

 

both are music genres that come with their own dance

the dances are what seperate them

 

plus hard style literally has harder beats
