Hmm. I guess I just think more sensibly. I understand why you or others where glasses, because you need to for your eyes. But to where glasses just to wear glasses and to look cool, doesn't really get it for me. Sunglasses on the other hand are useful, so once I get a pair of round-rimmed mofos I'm gonna wear them all the time in the sun XD.

I CAN wear glasses, they just won't help my vision

 

I have to have contacts for that

Which can be quite annoying for days like today

Extreme allergies preventing me from putting them in :/

I remember when I was about 8 years old, I pretended I had bad vision just to get a pair of real glasses because I thought they were cute/cool/etc.

I think I've damaged my eyes a bit by sitting in front of a screen too much in too long of periods of time. I actually could use a pair of relatively low powered glasses, now...

i had a dream tonight about some kind of weird Doom scenario, where a corrupt police-force had began executing anyone doing "criminal activities" with the help of ruthless methods, namely, by feeding them to mutated offspring.

 

in the dream, the protagonist, the guy i observed the whole thing through my perspective, was going to be tossed into the web of a giant, mutated spider. however, the spider itself got destroyed and eaten by a much larger mutant ape, whom then killed off its "caretakers" and i think went after the protagonist.

 

after defeating it, the protagonist went his way to the HQ of the organization, where he got captured for 3 days, and was then taken to the mutation camp, possibly to be mutated himself. but he broke free there, and fought his way to the dumping site, where he had to face all of their failed, genetic experiments.

 

now, what i am getting at with this is that under the boss encounter in the dumping site, i heard a particular MIDI track being played, which i knew i just had to create. so i made a small demo loop of what i could get just now, first time using soundfonts in FL Studio. currently rendering the song, then i'll upload it to SoundCloud and show you guys it.

 

Why does everyone have all of these kickass dreams? Mine are so boring.

 

i'm near-sighted, too, and my eyes are very sensitive to stuff like water and too intensive light. it's especially bad when there's a lot of sunlight out, because i have to look down, for the sunlight is too intensive for my eyes to handle. also, if it rains or snows a lot it can get into my eyes, so i have to look down too and pinch my eyes together. and what's worse is that i really love going to the beach and diving and such, which is a problem when my eyes gets grouchy after getting in contact with water.

 

My eyes are like that, but only because I never go outside.

I was destined to have bad eyesight from the beginning, but I'm sure it's been made worse by my computer habits (sitting in front of it all day).

Yes. Having perfectly spherical eyes isn't normal. They're usually ovoid.
