First fanfiction of MLP that I ever read, and to date the only one (I'm going to probably start reading more as time goes on, since there isn't any episodes for me to currently watch)

 

Now I'm not exactly new to the fanfiction world as a whole, because I still on and off write fanfiction myself, and wrote plenty for Sonic the Hedgehog and Teen titans. I am considering about writing for MLP.

 

My Little Dashie might be one of the most heartbreaking things I have ever read. It was well written, and he definitely made the reader really get attached throughout the story. The ending nearly got me  it was the closest I have came to shedding manly tears while reading a fanfiction ever. 

 

Overall I consider it a great story, as I had initially thought different of it because of having a human and pony esque relationship. But it wasn't like that at all, and I was greatly pleased in how good it really was.

This fanfic is the reason I'm making my own tear jerker. I remember reading this while I was in class. I had to stop a couple of tears from flowing down my cheek.

My Little Dashie was the thing that made me a brony. I watched the first episode on youtube, and in one of the comments it talked about My Little Dashie, and I looked it up. To my surprise I cried, not even knowing the characters. And to this day, that was one of the best discussions I've ever made.

The same reason on why Rainbow Dash had to leave. Ponies don't belong on earth and humans aren't meant to live in Equestria. Each world isn't meant to house the other species.

*sigh*....I'm going to be frank here guys. I don't want to sound like an egotistical butt monkey, but I am currently working on a fanfic which I believe will pluck more heartstrings than My Little Dashie. I've already got the skeleton built, now all I have to do is work on it bit by bit until I have a solid, well-written fanfic.

I would love to read this. My favorite genre of fanfictions is sad and if you think you can write a story sadder than My Little Dashie , I want to read it. Let me know when you finish it.

I will not lie, a manly tear of liquid pride was shed that day.  I've read it a few times, but I don't consider it "The best story eeeevvvverrrrrr" like some people do.  One of my favorites though once you get past some flaws.  In my top 5, I don't pick favorites, I just rank em. :3

We've all heard the rumours of the movie... Is it true? One of them said coming new year 2013.... Well... Really? There's even whole websites dedicated to the project, but progress seems to be very slow and everyone's starting to lose hope in any actual movies...

I like "My Little Dashie."  I listened to a dramatic reading on YouTube, which made me bawl hysterically.  After a while, I read a comic book version and the same thing happened again.  I am emotional.

 

This story inspires me to want to write something of my own.  I have an idea with which I have been toying.  I am somewhat hesitant to actually write it, for fear that I cannot do it justice.  I am afraid to turn a good idea into a bad end product.

 Ahh! The feels! I've seen this once before, and the feels are still strong with this video. It's just something about this trailer that fills you with warmth and happiness. I don't know what it is!
