Practice is the best tutorial. I've came a long way with no lessons at all, just practicing.

 

A good way to get started is to choose an art style that you are comfortable with.

True, Ive already gotten down head postions (front, three quarter, profile) and a basic understanding of the body and such.

I found some good tutorials on Deviantart but I don't think I can find them again. You could just Google drawing tutorials for mlp and I'm sure you'd find a ton.

Well, I had the same problem. What I did is get wax paper and put it on top of the character and trace her/him out. That will give you hand and drawing practice of the character's body type, and size. Hope I helped.

Other then that, like Cobalt said, practice makes perfect.
