I listened to The Anti Mother this morning, so now I've listened to every single Norma Jean album, up until Wrongdoers which will be coming out in August. Though anyways The Anti Mother definitely isn't one of my favorite Norma Jean albums nor one of my preferred ones, though I still did like it, and also it has one of my favorite songs by them on it:

Same for me, it's great and all, just like anything Norma Jean has ever produced, but I prefer their other albums over The Anti Mother. Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child master race :V

I was in the mood for I Hate Myself this morning. I'll never get tired of 10 Songs. Ever

I also listened to some of IWSMOFFY (fuck, couldn't they choose a longer name? -_-)

They kinda remind me of Indian Summer. First it gets silent and depressing, only to hit you with a barrage of aggressive guitar riffs and screaming

There are some pretty long band names out there

Either Bless The Martyr And Kiss The Child or Redeemer are my favorite Norma Jean album.

"Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarcomucosis"

Goddamn

Oh well, good to have you back. This thread just got back on track. I'll leave some Tiny Moving Parts. I really some of their stuff, but they can get somewhat sloppy at times :/

Still, very enjoyable

But La Dispute aren't Emo, they're Post-Hardcore, oh well anyways Wildlife is a damn good album, I love the tracks King Park, and St. Paul Missionary.

While we're talking about Post-Hardcore might as well leave Hopesfall's reunion set, damn they were a good band while they lasted

Instrumentally, they are Post-Hardcore, but they still follow the lyrical themes of Emo bands, so they're a mix of the two. The main point of their music is to create emotional songs, and that's the point of Emo

Enough of that, I'll post some Unwound

According to wikipedia they don't count as Emo, but I guess it kind of does make sense that they'd count as both. Unwound are pretty cool, though I haven't listened to much of them.

I haven't seen much GAZA around on here

I got through some of Integrity's stuff. To die for is still my favorite album by them, though their concept album is pretty wicked as well

Some good ol' Defeater here

Also, have some classic Snapcase, as there's a disturbing lack of them in this thread

This is seriously one of the best Metalcore/Hardcore Punk songs I've ever heard

Malon are one of those bands I discovered just surfing through bandcamps tags, but they stood out so much from everything else. In Reverie was probably my favorite emo album from 2012.

Eh? Nandatte?

Some more Japanese hardcore/screamo. What else is there to say? I feel like Moog, Treeboy, Djenty and Erio will all enjoy it.
