I wasn't sure if anyone had done this before, so I took it upon myself to create it. I've been on one heck of a 60's kick as of late. Incidentally, this is actually my first attempt at drawing a whole pony, up until now all I've needed has been heads and upper torsos. It is also my first attempt at a male. I'm not too terribly satisfied with the mane, but whatever man... it's all groovy...

 

I'll just give you guys a bit to soak in all this grooviness...

I really don't know what inspired me to to this. Probably the same urge that nearly made me buy a VW camper van earlier today... Damn today has been groovy! I must be channeling the 60's or something.

You sir have an excellent name and an excellent idea. More excellent, in fact, than Bill and Ted's adventure. That's going to have to be tomorrow's project, or maybe Saturday's.

Man I love John Lennon. His song Imagine is easily in my top 10 and I also love the Beatles. You should try ponifing Pink Floyd. If not then I will do it.

I know for a fact that someone's already ponified the "Dark Side of the Moon" album cover, and the members themselves aren't terribly recognizable. I could try it, but I don't think it would come to much...

 

My god... Jimi Hendrix! Why didn't I think of it earlier?! Back up guys. Stuff is about to get real serious, real fast.
