I recently watched "The Croods." The movie actually surprised me by having a truly sad part of the movie that I could actually feel sadness from. I wasn't expecting that from an animated film. Haven't seen one that made me feel an emotion since the movie "Up." Normally animated films don't get me to feel an emotion from watching.

 

Don't look if you don't want it spoiled

 

 

It was the part where the dad had to throw his family over the cliff and had to be left behind for a while. It pulls at your heartstrings a little bit.

The Long Walk Home. It's a great Civil Rights film about the Montgomery Bus Boycotts, feels like a precursor to Selma watching it.

I just saw Selma today, is about this civil rights protest in Selma, Alabama which later lead to the passage of the Voting Rights Act. The Civil Rights Act was passed the year before but there was strong resistance from southern states and president Johnson was reluctant to intervene any further.

was last movie i saw was unbroken in the theaters.  It was based on true story and shows the truth of the Japanese concentration camps and how much they torched people back in the those camps.I really liked this movie from start to end it was good movie.

Since I'm trying to get caught up on everything the last two movies I watched were both of the EqG movies. The first one I liked but the second one seemed kind of like a do-over of the first one.

 

Oh! And I finally watched all four seasons of MLP/FIM. (Oh, crap! What am I gonna do now until the new season starts? I know! I'll watch Gravity Falls! (Ducks!))
